Close to the beautiful bay of Saint-Cyprien, this small private estate includes four fully independent villas nestled in lush, fragrant nature.
This villa has been designed to offer you a truly magical stay in Corsica.

💚 Our studio is part of this private estate with four brand-new, fully independent villas surrounded by the Corsican maquis.
Its two main advantages? It’s superbly equipped and surrounded by greenery, offering peace and privacy to its guests.

A bright and cozy living area with a very comfortable double bed facing the large picture window — overlooking the fragrant maquis and the sunrise. Perfect for restful nights and gentle mornings.

A fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher),

Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans ce logement, et globalement notre séjour s'est bien passé. Le logement est vraiment petit mais bénéficie d'une grande terrasse (énormément de moustiques durant notre séjour mais personne n'y peut rien !). Deux bémols: la literie très mauvaise, nous avons très mal dormi, et le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de vraie porte entre la salle de bain et la chambre. Il y a une porte à galandage qui ne ferme pas complètement, c'est un peu gênant lorsque quelqu'un va aux toilettes ! Et comme il n'y a pas de volet à la fenêtre de la salle de bain, du fait de ce manque de fermeture nous étions réveillés très tôt avec la lumière du jour.En revanche le petit domaine est très joli avec un jardin magnifique, et c'est très calme. La plage de St Cyprien à 30mns à pieds est très agréable et très belle.Les hôtes sont très gentils et arrangeants.

Magnifique séjour chez Corinne et Bruno

Effet Waouh garanti ! Quel endroit magnifique, location très bien équipée, un jardin très bien entretenu et très fleuri, une piscine super agréable ! Cette location a répondu à toutes nos attentes ! Les logements sont conçus pour maintenir une intimité par une végétation magnifique. Et que dire de Corinne et Bruno, discrets mais présents pour répondre à toutes demandes. Merci pour leur accueil exemplaire, leur gentillesse et leurs bons conseils qui nous ont fait gagné beaucoup de temps car, seul hic, notre séjour d’une semaine était bien trop court ! Mais sans aucun doute, nous reviendrons !

L'accueil de Corinne est Bruno est très chaleureux et bienveillant, on se sent attendu . Le logement est très soigné, ultra propre, joliment décoré et super équipé. La literie est de bonne facture et le linge de qualité hôtelière. La douche extérieure est un vrai bonheur... Le jardin est féerique, la piscine est splendide et d'une propreté irréprochable. Corinne et Bruno sont des hôtes adorables, passionnés, serviables et toujours à l'écoute des demandes. Bruno est une source intarissable pour les bons plans, randos, sorties ... Nous avons eu l'occasion de partager un petit verre de l'amitié afin de faire connaissance et d'échanger avec les autres locataires. Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir car nous avons simplement adoré nos vacances chez Corinne et Bruno

Un petit endroit charmant pour une semaine ressourçante

Super semaine de vacances chez Corinne et Bruno où nous nous sommes dépaysés et ressourcés.Un bel endroit parfaitement arrangé où tout a été pensé pour y être bien : un logement très propre et parfaitement équipé (vaisselle, électro ménager, literie...), une terrasse agréable, fleurie et ombragée, tout ça couronné par une piscine et un terrain de pétanque :-)Sans oublier les bonnes adresses conseillées par Bruno qui nous ont permis de bien profiter des alentours.A u plaisir de se revoir :-)

Sehr schöne und private Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war mit einigen Instruktionen der Vermieter leicht zu finden. Es gab einen sehr schönen und privaten Pool für 4 Wohneinheiten und daher nicht sehr voll. Die einzelnen Einheiten waren durch den üppigen Garten sehr gut voneinander getrennt, sodass man auf seiner Terrasse nur für sich war. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Unsere Einheit war klein aber die Terrasse/Garten haben das kompensiert. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben auch Tipps z.B. zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Zum nahegelegenen Ort und dem wunderschönen Strand konnte man zu Fuß (ca. 2 km) oder mit dem Auto gelangen. Dort waren ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden und der Strand war nicht so voll wie Palombaggia oder Santa Giulia. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Quel beau séjour dans le maquis

Très belle expérience du début à la fin et bien orientée par les propriétaires Corinne et Bruno qui nous ont très bien accueillis dans leur petit coin de paradis. Le studio est cozy, malgré son petit espace. Néanmoins son jardin privé est très vaste. La piscine est super, l'eau y est douce et le petit coin pétanque super sympathique en fin de journée. Merci à Corinne et Bruno pour leur accueil et merci à Bruno pour les conseils de balades à faire dans le coin. À refaire!

De sublimes vacances

Vacances très agréables dans ce petit coin de paradis où tout est au rendez-vous : accueil chaleureux avec de précieux conseils pour les sorties, studio cosy où il ne manque rien et bien placé. Bellissima casa come da descrizione. Piccola ma molto funzionale. La parte fuori è stupenda in mezzo alle piante con doccia esterna e patio. Corinne è stata gentilissima. Unica cosa magari suggerisco di cambiare il materasso al divano letto ma il. Otto complessivo e comunque il massimo.

Petit havre de paix !

Le logement est très bien placé (2 min en voiture de la plage de St Cyprien), la propriété est très agréable (piscine, parking sécurisé, terrain de pétanque). Les hôtes Corinne et Bruno sont aux petits soins et très disponibles ! Le logement est très fonctionnel (lave vaisselle, clim, machine à laver), la terrasse ombragée est très agréable, pas de vis a vis. Le quartier est très calme, nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement.

Belle situation

En plus d'être tombé sur des hôtes à l'écoutent et de bons conseils , l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le Sud de la Corse. Le lieux correspond parfaitement aux photos, tres propre et entretenu. Un séjour très très agréable !!

Nous allons essayer de faire court mais ce n'est pas facile tellement il y aurait à dire sur la location et nos hôtes !! Donc , location géniale , propre , fonctionnelle avec tout confort !! Quand aux hôtes , ils sont géniaux !! Corinne et Bruno vous accueillent avec gentillesse et générosité !! Toujours prêts et aux petits soins pour vous aider et vous renseigner !! Si , comme nous , vous venez pour la première fois sur cette belle île , pas de stress ils vous guiderons et vous n'aurez plus qu'à suivre ! En bref , ces personnes là sont adorables et nous les conseillons vivement à tous les vacanciers !!!! Nous venions pour la première fois mais ce ne sera pas la dernière . Parfaitement accueillis dans un cadre très agréable, soigné, nous avons bcp apprécié notre séjour. Hervorragende kleine Anlage mit viel Charme

Die kleine Ferienanlage besteht aus vier Wohneinheiten unterschiedlicher Größe und einem Gemeinschaftspool. Alles ist topgepflegt und sauber. Die Eigentümer leben ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück und kümmern sich leidenschaftlich um den Garten und den Pool. Corinne und Bruno sind tolle Gastgeber, herzlich und immer ansprechbar. Die Ausstattung (wir hatten die kleinste Wohnung für zwei Personen) war von hoher Qualität. Wir haben uns auch deshalb so wohlgefühlt, weil die Unterkunft einen perfekten ruhigen Rückzugsort zwischen den vielen möglichen Unternehmungen im schönen Südosten Korsikas bietet. Genauso stellen wir uns Urlaub vor. Die Zeit ist wie im Flug vergangen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Schöne Ferienunterkunft

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit auf Korsika und in der Unterkunft. Das Studio ist zwar klein, aber der Raum war gut genutzt und es war alles da. Das Schlafsofa war leider sehr weich. Man hatte viele Möglichkeiten draussen Zeit zu verbringen und es gab einen Grill inklusive Grillutensilien. Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und es gibt einen Pool. Die nächsten Supermärkte und Ortschaften sind auch nicht weit weg. Wobei sich ein Auto empfiehlt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit Tipps in der Umgebung.
