The villa consists of:
- 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and a TV in each bedroom
- an open living room (air conditioned) with a beautiful family dining table
- an equipped kitchen with a small table
- a bathroom with walk-in shower
- a toilet separate from the bathroom
Capacity: 6 people.

The villa includes a salt pool with sun loungers, outdoor solar shower and outdoor closed toilet. There is also a barbecue area overlooking the terrace with garden furniture. There are two adult bikes and a ping-pong table at your disposal.
The village is a few minutes walk from the house, taking a small pleasant path. In the village, you will find a bakery, a supermarket, a tobacco bar, restaurants, general practitioner, soap factory. Callas is a village where you will find an olive oil mill, a vinegar factory and a wine cellar.
The villa is 30 minutes drive from the sea (Frejus) and 1 hour drive from Lake St Croix. The nearest town is about 15 minutes drive (Draguignan).
A Provencal house full of charm in which you will spend pleasant holidays.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub entspannt geniessen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und reagieren sehr schnell auf Anfragen und Wünsche. Wir erhielten auf diesem Weg auch tolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet - es fehlt an Nichts. Der Pool ist einfach toll und wir haben ihn viel genutzt. Callas ist ein sehr hübscher kleiner Ort mit mehreren Restaurants (bitte vorher reservieren) und einem prima Bäcker. Die Menschen sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Region bietet viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten für die Urlaubsgestaltung (Meer, Badeseen, Schluchten zum Wandern und Erkunden, schöne Ortschaften, Weingüter etc.). Einfach herrlich!

Absolument parfait

Nous avons séjourné dans la magnifique villa de Dominique et Séverine, des hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et adorables. La villa est très spacieuse, très bien équipée, il ne manquait rien. L'extérieur conforme aux photos du site, la piscine dotée d"une douche extérieure ainsi que de WC. Tout était réuni pour passer un magnifique séjour à Callas. Nous espérons y revenir très vite. Recommandation +++++

Maison très bien équipée, belle piscine. La maison se trouve à proximité du centre d’un magnifique village. Les propriétaires qui habitent à côté sont très sympathiques. Si l’occasion se présente, nous y retournerons sans hésiter

Beautiful villa in beautiful location

We really enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful villa which really does have everything. We were made very welcome by Dominique for whom nothing was too much trouble. The walk to the village is an easy 10 minutes, and the village itself is definitely one of the most picturesque in the area - and there are many such villages. The villa is immaculate, surrounded by loads of olive trees blowing gently in the breeze. Truly wonderful. We can't recommend it enough. Thank you Dominique for a really wonderful holiday.

Fantastic Location and Amazing property

The photos and description do not do justice to this property. It was amazing and we wish we could have stayed longer. Callas is a fantastic town with a village feel. The Market is very nice and has some amazing produce. It is really easy to reach some fantastic local sights and the hosts were amazing, despite our poor French and a lack of English. The kids loved the pool and table tennis, we enjoyed the tomatoes from the garden and the outside dining area was perfect. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Erwartungen übertroffen

Hier paßt einfach alles. Größe und Ausstattung der Anlage - von der Küche bis zum Kinderspielzeug. Sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt und nicht zu vergessen ein recht guter Bäcker fussläufig zu erreichen.

Vacances reposantes à Callas

Nous étions maintenant an Callas pour le cinquième été consécutif. Cette fois, nous avons eu la chance de trouver six personnes dans une superbe maison de vacances avec piscine. Tout est disponible, bon rapport qualité-prix et suffisamment d'espace. À recommander, nous aimerions revenir.

Great little property, just outside Callas village

This is a great little property for exploring the local area. It is very quiet and only a short walk to the centre of Callas up a track. The property has 3 good sized double rooms and a very large living room, this property has everything you could ask for in terms of a family holiday. The owners live close by but they do no intrude on your stay. The pool is great size for kids and is actually very private. Highly recommended stay. Thank you Dominique and Severine for the very pleasant stay.
