You could not ask for a more perfect location than this beautiful Beachfront top 3rd floor condo on the pristine white sand on Costa Azul. Located at the Quiet yet beautiful lush garden condo complex "La Jolla".

Relax and enjoy your stay from this most sought after "D" building, the view of the blue Sea of Cortez while watching the marine life from the long balcony, living room or Master bedroom.

Just out the front door is a refreshing heated pool for you to enjoy swimming year -round. Another pool is located a short walk away through the tropical gardens. The beach offers loungers and palapas for your relaxing quiet day at the beach.

The unit was recently completely remodeled and boasts cathedral ceilings throughout. A lovely granite and stainless fully equipped kitchen. Wireless 5G internet, brand new 55" flat screen TV, and Bose sync music system (Sirius, Apple, Amazon, etc music apps) . Washer / Dryer and a Hot and Cold-water dispenser as well as a helpful custom guest directory (binder) to assist you with any questions and or recommendations.

The Master bedroom features a new King bed with outstanding ocean views. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and is well appointed. New quality linens are on point for both rooms. The condo sleeps 4 people comfortable with possible options for 1 more.

La Jolla Condo in San Jose del Cabos is conveniently located just a few miles from the quaint town of San Jose Del Cabo and just a 20 minute drive to Cabo San Lucas. Airport is only a 20 minute drive as well. Shopping and groceries are 10 minutes away with beautiful new stores. Fishing and Surfing are just a short walk down the white sand beach.

Wake each morning to a direct view of the Sun Rising each morning from the Master Bedroom or Balcony. Whether you enjoy fantastic restaurants, golfing, fishing, snorkeling, surfing or just a peaceful long walk on our charming beach along the Sea of Cortez, everything is close by. There is so much to experience !

Hi Chris, I appreciate your honest vague response. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. But an 3 star review? Other than no candles for the unusual outage is there anything else that you would like to share with us? I personally reached out to you on Dec 20th and your response was “All Good”. And my Team was in touch with you during your stay. 9 out of 10 guests love the condo (5 star reviews) and some rebook each year. The going rate that time of year during 2 major holidays is closer to $300 for Ocean front for what the condo offers. You got a really good deal at $225 for not a perfect place, but a really nice one for the price and location. I would like to do and offer more to our guests, but we try to keep the balance between rates and expenses reasonable. Take Care my friend.

Great location great vibes

This was perfect for our family of 4 (teen/pre-teen). The pool was clean and not overcrowded. The beach was awesome to walk to surf and some fun waves to swim in. We could see whales breaching from the balcony throughout our stay. Short distance (Uber/rental car) to San Jose for dinners but lots of options closer as well.

This property had great views and the size was great. Loved the pool. Seem to have ample chairs (most of the time). The owner and property manager were very responsive and easy to work with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Great spot!

Condo is in excellent spot. Beach is great and not crowded at all. Pools also not crowded. Property well maintained. Grocery and restaurants are walking distance and downtown is a cheap uber ride. Everything in condo in working condition and the owner and manager very responsive and pleasant. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful view and relaxing

The ocean front view!! We watched whales and sting rays jumping every day. The beach is amazing! The condo is very clean and well kept. It was equipped with everything we needed. Property managers were very quic k to respond. We would definitely go back!

Excellent beachfront condo with pool!

This place is a rare gem. My wife and I were spoilt by the incredible beach at our doorstep. The pool is extremely clean and well maintained..as are the grounds! Neighbours are friendly, quiet and stores ate very easy to get your daily staples. Lots of pillows and towels, clean and well equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms with attached baths, comfy furniture and fast internet. The high ceilings and well laid out rooms made for a truly relaxing stay! We will definitely be back!

The most enjoyable week!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful condo. The beachside balcony provided spectacular views of the ocean.It is very easy to get to nearby places without a car....Uber was our friend. Barb and Ernesto were great at communicating and most helpful. The building and grounds were clean and very well maintained. We found the residents at La Jolla very kind and welcoming- a really great community. We would definitely go back and rent this condo again.

perfect location!

wow what a spot, the pictures dont do justice for the view! whales breaching, rays jumping, fantastic! its walking distance to a few great restaurants, grocery shopping and uber is fantastic for anywhere’s else! condo is well equipped, comfy bed felt at home right away! totally enjoyed our stay! communication was great! the heated pool is at the bottom of the stairs, very convenient! thank you Don for the use of your piece of heaven!

Great condo in a great location

We were very happy with this 3rd floor condo overlooking the ocean. Amenities were great and very clean. Attention from the owners/property manager were prompt. I had an issue with the firmness of the mattress and asked if they had a mattress topper by chance. By the afternoon I had a new mattress topper delivered. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed!

Peaceful, gorgeous location!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay immensely in San José del Cabo. The condo was large and the view and sunrises were stunning. A few things to note: 1) the condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator (pack lightly!); 2) there is filtered water via the kitchen, so no need to worry about bottled water(s); 3) bring your own binoculars because there are migrating whales (mostly humpbacks) right off the beach in front of the condo!; 4) you can access Mama Mia's restaurant right down the beach (it's the closest and has breakfast too) so if you don't have a car, it's just a 5 minute walk on the sand; 6) the water on this beach has a very strong pull right at the shore, so I would not recommend this beach for children or inexperienced swimmers.

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent with the property manager Barb. She provided all the information we needed and was responsive very quickly with local suggestions. Barb helped setup rides to San Lucas at the last second. This place had more stuff inside then every other place we had been in the past. It allowed us to enjoy the time without interruption. Super plus for 5 gallon water already inside the unit. Everything worked without issue and uber was easy to get. Very quiet and peaceful area. We will be back in the future.

Its in a unique quiet location with the buildings only 3 stories. Very lush landscaping and 2 New pools just completed 2021. My condo is right on the sand with cathedral ceilings and unobstructed views of the sea of Cortez. My condo is a combination of contemporary and Mexy charm. Everything has been updated with granite, modern tile, stainless, ect. Each visit I do more improvements to make it better for all.
