Spacious 4 bedroom 3.5 bath Town Home. Including 3 private rooms and 1 room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Will sleep 11 comfortably. 2 of the Rooms have their own private bathrooms and shower. The home has a Nice deck over looking the lake. 2 covered porches with a BBQ GRILL, Nice area to swim right off the dock. Only 1 step to get in the front door. Paddle boat and kayak available for your use. Boat slips are occupied by my personal watercraft.

Please put all dishes in dishwasher and start. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.

What a wonderful place!! Right on the water! The kids loved jumping off & playing from the dock! Neighbors on both sides were very nice & friendly! Hoping to stay here again next summer! It was the relaxing week we all needed! Thanks for everything!!

Great family getaway on the lake

Property is well stocked with all you need for a fun time and located just down the street from a boat rental/club. Owner was very responsive to our needs both prior to renting and during our stay. Bunk room was great for the kids and adult bedding was very comfortable. Kids and adults spent lots if time in the water having fun.

Our COVID Escape

We rented this lovely home from Dave in the middle of July 2020. Great home with a great view of the Dam and close to quite a few pleasantries. We didn't venture out much due to the COVID concerns but we greatly enjoyed the getaway and change of scenery. Dave was very helpful and understanding for any issues and the home as well as the use of the dock was great for us. We went during the week rather than the weekday so lake traffic was light. I had a heck of a time keeping the kids off the stuff on the dock as I didn't think we could use them but Dave cleared that up for us and we were able to get some great enjoyment out of their use. Everyone enjoyed our time and what was provided. Exceeded expectations. Thanks again Dave for the use of your lovely home we greatly appreciate the getaway!

Weekend getaway

We were VERY impressed with the house! Super cozy and nice. Gorgeous view from the deck for morning coffee and great seating area for those evenings to sit and chat with friends. Would absolutely rent this house again!!

My family and I reside in the suburbs of St. Louis, Mo. I find extreme enjoyment watching my family happy and having fun. One of the most rewarding feelings is to watch everyone let go of their daily stresses, share genuine laughter and create lasting memories.

Why they chose this property

This peaceful cove gets minimal traffic and is sheltered from the choppy waters of the main channel. The private dock with diving board, tanning recliners, space to relax in the shade as well as a fabulous swimming space brings the fun outside. Close neighbors are summer homes, not rentals, allowing for plenty of peace and quiet. If you are looking for more excitement the Strip is only a 10 minute drive for restaurants, bars, attractions and shopping.

What makes this property unique

Our property sits at the 2 mile marker! This location is perfect for days on the lake or a quick drive to restaurants and shopping. The wide cove is sheltered from the waves of the main channel and is PERFECT for swimming, fishing or kayaking. The interior is large enough for multiple families and friends, yet cozy enough for intimate gatherings, board games or watching a movie.
