Completely renovated inside lakefront 3 bed (plus bunk room) / 2 bath home on the 2MM. Beautiful modern-finishes with tons of privacy on a wooded lot offering shaded outdoor areas on hot summer days. Spectacular views of the No Wake Cove, 200 Plus feet of shoreline, and dock with a boat slip, swim platform, and storage shed for all your water toy needs. Watch the sunsets from the new patio or the huge deck, both offer spectacular views throughout the day. The main bedroom features an oversized king bed while the remaining two bedrooms offer queen beds. As a bonus, there is a bunk room featuring a queen and full size mattress. Fascinating finishes including Luxury Vinyl flooring, oversized bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and many more. Free wi-fi and smart TV's on each level. Plenty of deck furniture and a large umbrella for shade. Gas BBQ grill (3 burner). You will appreciate the minimal steps from the generous parking spots to the main floor. Likewise, there are minimal steps from the lower patio to the large dock in a private cove. The dock features a single slip (12' x 28'), swim dock, wet steps, kayak, and storage shed. Perfectly located off Horeshoe Bend Parkway, within 5 minutes of the Bagnell Dam strip and Osage Beach Parkway (outlets, shops, grocery, dining, etc.) by land.

Nice retreat

The house was accommodating to a large group. The finishing are nice, the beds, sheets, pillows, etc. were excellent! The location is great. Quiet, but still close to most things to do at the lake! We had a great time!

Trip was awesome! Location was great, 5 minutes away from the strip, 5 minutes away from a golf course. Easy to uber anywhere. House was nice with great dock to hangout on. Renee was great and very accommodating, check in was easy! 5 stars

We are entrepreneurs at heart, customer service being one of our top priorities. We have been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Several years ago we discovered Lake Ozarks through friends who invited us on vacation. Within minutes of arriving, the daily stresses of life seemed to melt away. We enjoy every aspect of the lake, from boating along the endless miles of shoreline, to meeting new people at local restaurants, or simply relaxing on the dock. As we continued to make several return trips, we discovered even more to do off the water. We found golf courses, and miniature golf, ice cream shops, and go karting. The serenity and calm waters of the State Park area were perfect on a sunny day. We discovered the Bagnell Dam area was great on a sunny or rainy day. In wanting to spend more time at the Lake, we invested in a condo and have since transitioned to a home with our own private dock. After realizing the benefits of having a home with a private dock, we decided to share that experience with others. Our goal is to create a relaxing environment for others to create memories with their friends and family, as we've been doing for the last several years.
