Come and enjoy this beautiful home that is a private oasis and has a large garage for your gear. The calendar has just been opened up for some dates in August and early September-check it out:

This light, and bright sparkling clean 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath , custom home with high ceilings and beautiful upgrades is ready for your perfect Bend vacation! Cozy and comfortable furnishings include modern soft leather furniture, and a 65" flat screen 4K Smart TV with premium cable (including sports package), wireless internet with streaming of Netflix or other programs will help you to wind down and relax and take it easy.

Central air conditioning and gas forced air heat with The Nest thermostat will automatically keep the temperature just right around the clock.

The beautiful modern kitchen with stainless appliances and full laundry room with a new washer and dryer will help you to either cook whatever you need at home or clean up for going out!

Off of the dining area is a private patio with lush plants, a gas barbeque and comfortable seating. It also features a couple of golf targets with golf putters and a forever green turf. Grab a beach towel for a private sunbathing space that can't be beat. This is a great place to plan your day or rest after all of your recreational activities!

Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with a king sized bed with luxury linens, lots of space, flat screen television with full cable and a spacious walk in closet. The second bedroom has a new queen bed with luxury linens, television with full cable, and a full closet. Also upstairs is an office with an adjustable stand up or sit down desk. If you have to catch up on some work-this is the space to do it in. The office also has a brand new leather convertable couch/full sized futon and black out curtains to make it a great place to sleep, too!

Park in front and enter front door with no steps or park in the garage with an 8 foot door that accomodates SUV's and tall roof carriers. Park two cars in the large garage or use half of it for a mini- man cave complete with a 70' Flat Screen TV with full cable VCR/DVR, or you can use the space for bikes, etc. Also included in the garage is a big screen smart tv, video games, and a mini ping-pong table. Tons of board games for kids and adults, too.

Also included is pickleball paddles and balls, frizbees, tennis rackets, folding chairs, cooler, beach towels, and more for your outside adventures!

The lot for the home is fully fenced and appropriate for one small to medium dog. If you have a special pet request please inquire for more information.

Loved the house. It was very comfortable, well furnished and clean. Everything you need was there. The outside patio was wonderful to sit out in the evenings after a long day. Also very close to trails and Old Mill. Family friendly neighborhood and a fenced yard for the pups.

Beautiful home with so many amenities that made our stay extremely comfortable. The AC worked well on the 98 degree days. Location was perfect for our needs. Completely fenced yard was great for our dog. The yard was very small, but the neighborhood was good for our dog and close to off-leash dog areas. It was an expensive stay, but worth it.

Epic Stay in Bend

Fantastic house that was perfect plus for three buddies biking and golfing in Bend. The house is like knew with every special touch handled including an extra large garage door so we could leave our bikes in the car rack. Kitchen was perfect. We even hosted a small dinner party our last night. If you have a group going to Bend —rent this house!

I can't speak highly enough of this location and the hosts. House was sparkling clean, well decorated, spacious and had a wonderful patio. WiFi was fast enough for both us to be on zoom calls, even on the patio. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, hosts were gracious to leave us a bottle of wine for our arrival. Bed was comfy and towels were plush. Quick 10 minute drive into downtown bend or bike able along the trail. 100% would come back

Bend Lacrosse Trip

The property was exceptional. I have never rented a place that was stocked and ready for any occasion. This property has it all. My daughter and I enjoyed th fun putting green on the side yard. The owners proved an activity and restaurant guide which was very helpful. This property has whatever you need for your trip to Bend . The owners were very responsive and amazing to work with as well This was a five star experience 🙂

This is a wonderful house and neighborhood. Very clean, well decorated, nicely furnished house that feels like a home. Everything you could possibly need - stocked kitchen, games, outdoor equipment (bikes, pickleball/tennis gear), nice bedding and towels. The back patio/garden is beautiful and comfortable - there are signs of a gardener's touch all over the property. We had a party of 5 adults and there was plenty of room. All communication with the host was prompt and clear. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay with my family in an amazingly well maintained home

This property was incredibly clean, and had all of the details/amenities needed for us! I stayed here with my 2 young children (4 and 8,) as well as our dog. The owners were incredibly friendly and thoughtful around what is included in the house (both kids and adults!) There is a ping pong table in the garage, as well as tons of games for the kids to play. The yards are fully fenced, so they are safe for your dog, and are also very well maintained. It felt like a lovely oasis in the yards! Amazing to have such a beautiful home to stay in with children and pets. The owners take great pride in it. It is also just a quick drive to the river trail (or a 10 minute jog away.) I would definitely stay here again. It felt luxurious:)

We stayed here for a short family vacation and everything was perfect. There were cold beverages in the fridge waiting for us so we could relax when we arrived. Fresh flowers were in the dining room. The home was very clean and inviting. Extra towels, sheets, blankets and pillows are available if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Coffee was available in the kitchen as well. The outdoor patio area was perfect day and night. There were tons of games to choose from for family game night! Can’t beat the location! Leigh Ann and Ryk Arthur are super responsive if you need anything. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

This is a very modern, clean and well stocked rental for cooking and small group entertaining. We really liked and used the outdoor space off of the dining room. Really well thought out property with some older accent pieces that add character. The property manager was a pleasure to deal with, and everything was very well explained and set up. The Old Mill which is only 1.4 miles from this home, has bars, restaurants, shopping, art fairs, and live music concerts. Downtown Bend and Drake Park are only 2 miles away. Easy access to Sunriver via the parkway.

The fantastic recreational opportunities including hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, floating, skiing, sledding, biking, and boating which make this a truly exceptional place.

You will have everything you need to have a wonderful vacation in Central Oregon. Skis, bikes, inner tubes, paddleboards and more are all available to rent within minutes of this beautiful home!
