Schöne ruhige Unterkunft

Die inserierten Fotos entsprechen dem Neuzustand, sind jedoch nicht mehr dem aktuellen Stand. Die Lage war aber hervorragend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr gut, Problemlos, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preis leistung war angemessen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Ruhig aber dennoch verkehrsgünstig gelegen, geräumig, sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Whirlpool... Man kann im warmen Wasser liegen und tolle Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

A fabulous home.

The villa had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was good, kitchen had all you would need. Jacuzzi was super, although there is a time limit of 2pm-10pm. We did not use the plunge pool, as it was to cool. The villia is situated just minutes from TF5 - which gives you easy access to the rest of the island. In a very quite area with beautiful views of sea and Teide. Thank you Ana for all your help. PS - DO NOT leave passport or money in your car! We had ours taken - nightmare to get sorted!

Tolle Lage oberhalb El Sauzal, angenehmer spanischer Ferienhausstil, mangelnde Pflege

Wunderschoene Hanglage oberhalb El Sauzals mit Blick zum Orotavatal und Puerto Cruz, bei Erstbesuch ziemlich versteckt am Ende einer Sackgasse, daher auch ruhig. Schoene Aussenanlagen mit Pool und Jacuzzi, beide beheizt, Aussengrill auf Terrasse. Suedlaendischer Wohnungsstil, Schlafzimmer jedoch als Durchgangszimmer, 1,40m breites Doppelbett unbequem, Bad mit Dusche sehr beengt. Kueche sehr gross, ohne Spuelmaschine, spaerlich ausgestattet. Leider alles ungepflegt, vieles auch kaputt, z B Wasserkraene verkalkt, Bidet nicht angeschlossen, Abwasserrohr Dusche lekt massiv, groessere Schimmelstellen im Bad. Schade, denn die Maengel verschlechtern den Gesamteindruck ziemlich.

Strongly Reccomended

we spent 5 wonderful days in this apartment (the "b" one). The apartament is really beautiful, clean and fully equipped (...maybe a washing machine is missed). The view on the sea and on the Teide is unbelivable! Furthermore the apartment is in a really good position to visit the island, especially the north and the ovest side.

ALOJAMIENTO INMEJORABLE

Sin duda alguna, si tuviesemos que repetir el viaje a Tenerife eligiríamos de nuevo este apartamento. En primer lugar a destacar la ubicación, muy accesible y cercana a la mayoría de las atracciones del norte de Tenerife además del aeropuerto, y muy tranquila en cuanto a vecindario y tráfico (no se escucha ni un ruido y es perfecto para descansar). Nada más llegar nos atendió la propietaria, muy amable y atenta a cualquier duda que tuviésemos y con gran disponibilidad si en algún momento nos surgía una pregunta a lo largo de nuestra estancia. La casa consta de dos apartamentos, nosotros estuvimos en el de la piscina (aunque el otro también tiene acceso a la misma). Cuando entramos en él nos sorprendió la gran amplitud que no se aprecia por las fotos (techos altos... bigas..). Se trata de una casa muy luminosa, rodeada de vegetación y con vistas desde la terraza y todas las ventanas al mar y al Teide. El salón costa de dos sofás uno dirigido hacia la televisión y otro hacia un ventanal desde el que se ve el pico del teide y Puerto de la cruz. La cocina muy limpia y con lo justo y necesario para unos días de vacaciones, un baño ideal y una habitación también bastante grande con una cama comodísima. Pero quizás lo que más se disfrute sea la terraza con una piscina que se une al fondo con el azul del mar y un jacuzzi que aprovechamos para ver unos preciosos atardeceres (en esos momento te planteas quedarte allí de por vida). Consta de Wifi y la zona es de fácil aparcamiento. Sin duda, lo aconsejamos 100%.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir sind gerade zurück aus unserem Urlaub im Haus Baranda A und wollten gerne dort bleiben. Es war unglaublich schön und das Haus ist genau so wie es in Bild und Text beschrieben war. TOLLER Ausblick und sehr gute Lage. sauber und gepflegte Anlage und Pool. Geschirrspüler ist nicht vorhanden. Vermieter sind sehr nett. Sohn spricht englisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Auto ist erforderlich. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Alleine der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Teide waren traumhaft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
