pretty new semi-detached house located 30 m from a very pretty wild beach.
The house has 2 bedrooms (1 140cm bed and 1 160cm bed) each with their private bathroom.
Equipped kitchen open to the living / dining room equipped with a flat screen and wifi.
1 fully enclosed 200m2 garden and a 30m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs await you to bask on your return from the beach.
The house is 600m from the town center: bakery, butcher, grocery store, tobacco, press, bar, restaurant, bicycle rental and large daily market at 800m (from 15/06 to 15/09).
Comfortable and fully equipped house: dishwasher, vitroceramic, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker (filter + tassimo), washing machine, iron and ironing board ...

Relaxing by the beach

The property is located well to explore the island from and it's beaches from. Nicely located near beach and just a short walk with dog to bakery in the morning. The garden and courtyard are securely fenced, which was great for our dog.

Fantastic location almost right on the beach. It has everything you need. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, and a living and dining area. Lovely gardens at the front and back, with private parking next to them. There's also a peach tree, and they were just ripe, so we enjoyed them. In short, a fantastic stay in a fantastic setting. We will definitely be back. Johan and Sabine

2 super Wochen in dem wundervollen Haus verbracht. Eins der Besten in vielen Jahren Frankreichurlaub! Gerne wieder. Schönes Interieur, hübscher umzäunter Außenbereich und perfekt nah am Strand. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und der Wochenmarkt sind fußläufig. Perfekt!

Vacances en mai a oleron

La maison est tres agreable au calme le jardin est sympa avec ses 2 terrasses mais pas de parasol ! Coin toilette et non sdb fermee ! Et la plage est proche mais 30 m c est a vol d oiseau!La maison est a recommander

Une oasis en bord de plage

Très beau séjour sur l’île d’Oléron dans une maison au top tant par ses prestations que par sa localisation. La maison est parfaitement équipée et idéalement située en bord de plage. À cela s’ajoute un très bon contact avec la propriétaire et son fils. Merci pour tout.

Wir haben schon zum zweiten mal hier in diesem schönen Fereienhaus unseren Urlaub verbracht. Der kurze Weg zum Strand und die ruige Lage begeistern uns immer wieder. Der Empfang war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung inkl. Kuche läßt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Astrid & Falk

Parfait !

Avon passé une superbe semaine de vacances. La maison est parfaite, fonctionnelle, idéale pour 2 couples ou 1 couple et 1/2 enfants. Le bruit des vagues, la plage à quelques mètres, le calme, les deux terrasses intérieure et extérieur, et l'accueil très aimable, tout est parfait ! De quoi nous donner envie de revenir !

On a passé un très bon séjour où on s'est retrouvés presque les pieds dans la mer! Charmante maison de caractère à la fois bien organisée et propre. Lieu très calme. Idéal pour notre petit chien avec jardin et cour bien clos. On recommanderait sans doute.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten wirklich einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus von Marie-Claire. Die Kommunikation mit ihr und Anne-Sophie, die direkt vor Ort ist, hat hervorragend geklappt. Denn in unserem Inserat stand noch in der Beschreibung, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden sind. Dies war aber nicht so, wurde aber schnell und unproblematisch gelöst. Hervorzuheben ist die wirklich tolle Lage - zur kleinen Bucht sind es gerade Mal 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und auch zum Lebensmittel einkaufen sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Markt ist an allen Wochentagen - er ist klein, aber fein. Ein kleines Manko für uns als Hundebesitzer war, dass es keinen Schlauch oder so gab, um die Hunde nach dem Strand sauber zu machen. Mit dem Eimer war es etwas umständlich, funktioniert aber natürlich trotzdem. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und die Insel ist super schön und lädt zu vielen Erkundungen ein und man ist überall innerhalb von 20 bis 30min. Besonders reizvoll fanden wir auch die Möglichkeit, zwischen den ruhigen Buchten oder dem Atlantik zum Baden und Surfen zu wählen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder👍

A relaxing island

We had an excellent holiday, the closeness of the cottage to the beach was a real bonus. The fact that you could cycle in 15 minutes to the other side of the island meant that you could experience the beaches on that side of the island with ease. The cycling tracks round the island let you explore on bike with ease. Would recommend the bakers in both La Bree and St Denis.
