Where to even begin with this beachfront gem? Unit 402 in the Sea Shell Condominium Complex is a beach lover's dream. Its 4th-floor location offers a gorgeous view of the blue waters and white sands of Siesta Key Beach. From your front door, it’s just a few steps to get to our private, gated beach. To make it even better, we supply beach towels, chairs, and lounges.

Like all of the Sea Shell condos, this unit offers a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable, spacious dining and living areas, and flat-screen TVs in each bedroom and the living room, with free Wi-Fi, cable, and HBO.

Unit 402 sleeps up to 6, with a king bed in the master and a queen and full-size bed in the second bedroom. It’s a comfortable and welcoming space for your family and friends.

The Sea Shell is in the best location in Sarasota, steps from the beach and just across the street from scores of attractions. That includes restaurants, bars, ice cream and coffee shops, and much, much more. This is the ultimate in convenience and comfort, making it a vacation you will never forget!

Excellent location; very clean

Friendly and easy check in. Excellent location right on the beach. Very clean and spacious. Wish the beds had better pillows and unit had a better beach umbrella. The listing and the communication from the host said they had HBO but the channels weren’t working.

Trolley stop was close by to take you to the Village for some shopping. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Only downside was the pool was not beach front, it's between the condo building and the front office. Not a deal breaker, but we like to swim and sit by the pool being able to see the beach. Loved the lounge chairs they provide for relaxing on the beach! We would stay here again!

You can not beat the location being right on the beach with many restaurants and shops nearby. Management has always been very helpful with any concerns we have had and also with recommending places & things to do. This is one of the greatest beaches we have been to. We love it so much we have already booked for next year!
