This wonderful apartment is located in the very heart of Seville, in the emblematic Arenal neighborhood, one of the city’s most privileged areas. Just a few steps from the accommodation you’ll find iconic landmarks such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Royal Alcázar, making it the perfect starting point to discover the charm of Seville’s streets, filled with history, art, and tradition.

The apartment has been fully renovated with high-quality materials and offers a remarkable sense of space and brightness, thanks to its 4-meter-high ceilings and large windows that flood every room with natural light.

It features two double bedrooms, each with two single beds, and two full bathrooms with showers. Additionally, one of the bedrooms includes a sofa bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, and connects to an independent kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed for a pleasant stay. There is also a dining area with seating for up to five people.

The apartment is fitted with air conditioning in every room to ensure maximum comfort all year round.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Amazing location close to everything

Well stocked, great location would definitely stay there again. We sat with the doors open to the street and listened to music from our living room but it was still quite at night.

Best location and great apartment

The location is perfect, especially if on a short trip to maximize your time. A short walk to the cathedral, alcazar, shopping, and eating. The property staff were phenomenal and accommodated us with some of the flight issues we had. The room is like it shows, and had little things available that made a huge difference with our stay. Would highly recommend this stay and when I return to this beautiful city again, I plan on staying here.

Amazing location, great place if it was not for the bugs.

Perfect location in walking distance to majority of major monuments. We were two couples which is the ideal group for this apartment. However, there were over 100 bugs in both the bathroom and bedroom coming out of a hole in the ceiling, so one of the couples had to stay at hotel nearby as they weren’t able to stay in their room. The host did send an exterminator the next day.

Good location.

The overall space and amenities worked well. The location was very good. The walls, furniture could use some fresh paint, cleaning. The only improvements I would suggest is to let the renters know that messages will be coming through What’s App. Also, it was great to have the washing machine, but would have been better to have written instructions for how to use. Alternatively, the host’s orientation could include how to use it, as European washers are different from what Americans use.

Una buena opción

Fue una buena opción hospedarnos en este departamento. Esta muy amplio y tiene todo lo necesario. Su ubicación está muy bien ya que caminas dos cuadras y estás en el centro de Sevilla. Solo tuve un inconveniente porque, por falta de mantenimiento, estaba abierto el ducto del aire acondicionado hacia la calle y durante dos noches tuve el problema que había pájaros, que se habían metido en el ducto. Fue muy molesto porque se escuchaban en el techo de una de las recámaras. Después de la segunda noche fue que resolvieron el problema por completo. Si tuve que insistir mucho en que debían de poner una malla en la salida del aire para que esto no sucediera. Y me dieron un descuento en la primera de las noches. Por todo lo demás si lo recomiendo. El departamento es muy amplio. Lo único es que en la recámara que da a la calle, se escucha el ruido de las personas pasando por ahí y las que están en los restaurantes cercanos. Tiene muy buenas ventanas, pero pues se entiende que es por la ubicación que tiene.

Nos complace saber que el departamento le resultó una buena opción de hospedaje y que encontró su amplitud y ubicación convenientes, a solo dos cuadras del centro de Sevilla. Sin embargo, lamentamos el inconveniente que tuvo con el conducto del aire acondicionado y la presencia de pájaros. Apreciamos su paciencia y comprensión mientras resolvimos el problema. Nos alegra saber que el problema fue solucionado por completo durante su estancia. Y le aseguramos que se realizarán los mantenimientos necesarios para evitar situaciones similares en el futuro. Por otro lado, tomamos nota de su comentario sobre el ruido en una de las habitaciones. Aunque las ventanas son de buena calidad y su función es aislar cualquier ruido exterior, debemos destacar que, según la época del año o las festividades que se celebren en la zona, la presencia de algún ruido exterior puede ser más notoria. Le pedimos disculpas al respecto y trabajaremos para realizar mejoras en el sistema de insonorización en caso de ser necesarias. Great place to stay

Wir waren eine ganze Woche in Sevilla und die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Für 4 Personen ist sie perfekt, für 6 wäre sie uns zu eng. Die Ausstattung ist prima, die Räume zur Straße sind großzügig und sonnig, die Lage ist super. In wenigen Minuten ist mal bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben die Wohnung gewählt, weil sie rollstuhlgerecht ist, und sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Fahrstuhl und geräumigem Badezimmer.

This is the second year in a row we've stayed at Zaragoza. We were impressed last year and equally impressed this year. The apartment feels like home from home. Perfect location!! Great airy space. The only thing was smell of sewage... prob not owners fault.

They did bring a air freshener to help get rid of the odor. Beds were comfortable, and they always replied quickly to all our questions and concerns.

Beautiful apartment in lovely area of Seville

Really please with this apartment in terms of space, facilities and location. We've stayed in Seville many times and this was by far the best experience. Easy to check in and out and everything that was promised was in the apartment.

En este apartamento se alojó la otra parte del grupo que visitamos Sevilla, al igual que el otro apartamento este fue también magnífico. Eso sí, todo estaba nuevo a estrenar y la zona inmejorable también. Gracias de nuevo!
