We had construction work for the full2 months, if we had been told about this we would have changed villas. We couldn’t eat outside no cleaners for the 2 months and the cement in the pool and areas were disgusting.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by the construction work that began outside the villa just before your arrival. However, we stayed in the villa for the entire month of August and were able to eat lunch and dinner on the terrace every day without experiencing any of the problems they complained about. He even refused the free cleaning service we offered, despite it not being mandatory under local regulations for tourist accommodations, arguing that they would take care of the cleaning themselves. Furthermore, halfway through his stay, he asked to leave the villa, and we offered him a partial refund, which he declined, ultimately staying for the entire duration of his stay.

Perfect for families

Perfect holiday villa. The house is spotless and everything you need is there, including toys for the kids. Good kitchen, plenty of rooms for the entire family and a nice outside space with grill and pool. Good beaches nearby, Puerto del Rosario will not conquer your heart but other destinations nearby.

Stayed with my family for 2 weeks in September, villa very spacious and well equipped, weather gorgeous, pool great to cool off. Restaurants and supermarket close by, we would definitely go back. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Steve and family

The house was much larger than we thought. High spec. Very clean. Easy to walk to super market. Lovely pool area and bbq. Very well equipped.

Beautiful villa, excellent host

The villa is lovely, spacious and very clean. You have everything you need for a self catering holiday. Excellent kitchen! Very comfy bed. Beautifully decorated. We would hire a car next time as we had no luck with taxis but the walk into town is not too bad, 20/25 mins. Xavier is an excellent host and replies to any queries within minutes. Thank you Xavier.

Pool and outdoor area was very poor. Pool had a leak and a hose running across the outdoor area attached to an outdoor tap was used to top it up every day. This caused a trip hazard - especially if young children were running about. The sun beds were very well used/damaged and really uncomfortable. When I raised my concern with the host regarding the state of the pool I was told the pool was fine to swim in despite advice to the negative from the pool repair man. This spoiled our break as use of the pool and a lovely outdoor area was a huge part of why we booked a villa. Another huge concern was that every window/door shutter the slats were badly damaged at the points where the window latches and door handles were located. This indicated to me that the villa had been broken into. This made me very anxious and I felt quite unsafe during my stay. It was hot at night and at previous villas I would open the windows but lock the shutters - we were not safe to do this and were very hot through the night. No fans were provided so this made us very uncomfortable. Very disappointed with the poor quality of this villa and will not be booking with Vrbo again!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche, die Villa war hervorragend ausgestattet und falls irgendwelche Fragen aufgetreten waren, hatte sich Xavier (der Vermieter) sofort drum gekümmert. Alles in allem gab es nichts auszusetzen und wir hatten eine sonnige Zeit.

Totalmente e decisamente insuperabile

Che dire, un soggiorno perfetto in una casa perfetta. Dotazioni di ogni genere, pulita, impeccabile, il surplus di ogni cosa. Xavier, il proprietario, gentilissimo, disponibile sempre, una persona meravigliosa. Semplicemente un posto paradisiaco dove rilassarsi, vivere nel confort, godersi la libertà che solo un'abitazione privata può dare. Il mio punto di riferimento futuro per ogni ritorno a Fuerteventura senza alcun dubbio.

TUTTO PERFETTO

Abbiamo soggiornato la settimana dal 3/04/16 al 10/04/16,che dire è stato tutto perfetto. Il proprietario Xavier è disponibilissimo,per qualsiasi bisogno o necessità risolve il problema in pochissimo tempo. la casa è stupenda ed è dotata di ogni comfort. E' stata una vacanza stupenda e l'isola di Fuerteventura è magnifica. La casa si trova a porto Rosario è una grande cittadina dell'isola se si vuole soggiornare qui consiglio di affittare una macchina per visitare l'isola.. I tempi di percorrenza dalla casa a Corralejo è di circa 30 min,invece per andare a sud sino a Morro Jable è di circa 1 ora. Grazie Xavier siamo stati benissimo Giuseppe

Maison idéalement située ,dans un quartier résidentiel loin des structures pour le tourisme de masse . Proximité de l'aéroport du golf de Calista de fuste et de playa blanca .Petit supermarché à 5 minutes à pied . Accès très facile au nord et au sud de l'île

Maravillosa villa

La villa es un espectáculo. Muy cerca del Aeropuerto. Es tal como se ve en las fotografías.Una cocina de ensueño equipada totalmente, pero totalmente! Cuarto con secadora y lavadora.El rincón de la alacena con el ventanal que está en la cocina es ideal. Las habitaciones amplias y decoradas con mucho gusto. La zona más disfrutada en nuestra estancia ha sido la zona de piscina donde se puede cenar tranquilamente al aire libre y con una barbacoa impresionante. La limpieza de la villa es inmejorable, todo muy ordenado y toallas y sabanas disponibles. Por la noche no se escucha ningun tipo de ruido por lo que puedes descansar perfectamente. Realmente hemos estado encantados de estar allí, es seguro que volveremos. El propietario siempre ha resuelto cualquier duda respecto a la villa, y nos ha dado indicaciones muy detalladas de todo lo referente a la casa para que nos sientiesemos como en casa. Como mejoras sería necesario disponer de en la habitación baja tener unas pequeñas lamparitas de mesilla. ( soy lectora y lo eché en falta por la noche) . Realmente es una villa para disfrutarla pero teniendo playas tan hermosas es dificil! Para los amantes del KiteSurf, como nosotros, decir que las mejores playas, donde poder realizar este deporte estan en el norte, por lo que desde la villa están más cerca, el cotillo y Flag Beach. La parte del sur tambien es bonita y tiene playas espectaculares. No os perdais los bocadillos de pata, tipicos en la isla en un pueblecito llamado Tiscamanita. Recomiendo sin duda esta villa, han sido unas vacaciones perfectas!!!!
