Place was nice and listing was fairly accurate, we are sorry to not have best review as we felt like communication was lacking and parking spot was revoked via message on day of check in, we made reservation 7 months in advance, I am legally handicapped, but were made to use street parking and walk. Otherwise I do believe place was nice.

Hi Sabrina, We are sorry about the parking issue. We do not charge for parking, which we offer to our guests based on the length of their stay. As such, we do not promise free private parking to our guests at the time of their initial booking. You shared about your disability a few days before the check-in date, when no free parking was availabe. However, had you disclosed your disability to us at the time you booked with us, this knowledge would have given us good reason to make an exception to our general rule on parking. I sincerely apologize for your less than optimal guest experience .

Practically brand new everything. Clean, has all the basics you need and a great location. We could easily walkto all we needed including the Rider game. Available laundry machines was super helpful. It was also very quiet despite being close to the busy Lewvan Drive. Host was great at communicating and instructions were clear and easy to follow. I am a womam traveling alone and felt safe and secure in this home. And although it is a multihome building it felt quite private and I didn't see or hear any neighbours in the complex.
