This two bedroom, 2 bath condominium in the gated golf course community of Pointe Royale has been extensively remodeled from the flooring, cabinets, countertops -even the windows. This is a walk-in type unit with only 4 steps from the parking lot. The fully-equipped kitchen offers cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room boasts an inviting wood-burning fireplace with slate stone surround, comfy leather sofas new in 2023 (including a queen sleeper) and has direct access to a wonderful screened-in porch. Our screened porch is a fantastic way to enjoy your money coffee relaxing and watching wildlife in the wooded bluffs behind the condo. We are situated high on the bluffs overlooking Lake Taneycomo! This is a walk-in unit with four half-steps, so you won't have to carry your heavy groceries or luggage up and down an entire flight of stairs! The master bedroom suite has a king-sized "sleep number" bed so you can adjust the firmness of each side to your desired softness/firmness, and the master also has direct access to the screened porch. There is an oversized walk-in shower in the master bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed which also has a "sleep number" mattress and access to the hall bath. There are three flat-screen TVs (both bedrooms and living room) as well as wireless Internet. All the furniture and most appliances are newer (2023) as well as the cherry flooring, ceramic tile, and newer carpeting. Stay in luxury. No other rental unit compares!

I am a licensed real estate agent in Illinois and Texas. My husband is a consultant. We have two girls who are out of college. We bought and renovated this condo as our second home-away-from-home. We visited Branson and loved it, especially the lakes around the area and all of the activites for the kids. When we are not using our condo, we rent it to families that enjoy staying in luxury units while on vacation and like all the comforts of home.

Why they chose this property

We have extensively renovated the unit and have also recently replaced the living room furniture with new leather couches and a new stove with double ovens in 2023. We bought the unit because there are only a few stairs to climb (4) and it is across the street from the clubhouse and pool. We love the quiet views of the wooded bluff overlooking Lake Taneycomo on our screened porch-what a great place to relax and have a morning coffee or read the paper!

What makes this property unique

Screened porch and lake views are not offered by many of the Pointe Royale units. This was the reason we purchased this unit. Location was key for us. We are also very close to the pools.
