If you are looking at this property - just rent it! It is 5 stars all the way. The hosts were wonderful, the location is like a movie set (could not be more beautiful & quiet), the golf course is gorgeous with great food & friendly staff, plus the property is close to downtown. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity. It’s an end unit with a view of the lake and walking trail just across the yard. The condo was clean and welcoming. We even extended our stay another night because we just didn’t want to leave.

We've stayed at many condos at Point Royale and this was by far the nicest one we've stayed in with a beautiful view of the water. It was warm and welcoming, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with Marshall Condo Rentals was excellent and I highly recommend them!

The beauty of Taneycomo is incredible isn't it? I love watching the "lake" current and the boats floating down while fly fishing. The view would be better if they could remove all the trees from the shoreline however, the erosion would be devestating with that constant moving Taneycomo. I'm sorry it disturbed your stay Mike. However, I feel the view is minimally obstucted and that is mostly around the bend. Let us know next time and we can make sure instead of on the desired end spot, we could put you in one of the middle section units that maybe have less trees. Thank you for staying with us, Daphne

Restful Retreat

The condo felt like home and was a perfect location by the lake and walking trail! After spending time out and about, it was nice coming back to the condo. The furniture was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch for the morning breakfast and just relaxing while listening to the water and watching the fog drift by on Lake Taneycomo. It was wonderful having a washer and dryer as well! Would return for another stay!
