Ground Floor Home "NO STAIRS" !!!!!! We love that the house located on a Quiet street 4 houses in from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and minutes from the Ocean Side and Sombrero Reef via VACA cut, with Miles of a "New" Bicycle/ walking lane along aviation Blvd. right at the end of the street, and only minutes (3 miles) from Sombrero Beach and 5 Miles from the newly restored "Old 7 Mile Bridge" walking and biking bridge spanning 2 miles to Pigeon Key.

This Ground Floor, 4 bedroom 3 1/2 Bath House has ample sleeping options for every type of family/friend gathering and is handicap accessible also providing a handicap accessible floor level shower in one bathroom. We are pet friendly but there is a pet fee of 200.00 that applies for the week

ample parking for several vehicles and even room out front for a boat trailer........ Bringing your boat??? then you will love the fact that the boat ramp is 1/4 mile down the road making launching your boat a dream.

The floor plan is a open plan with all rooms connected to the main living room area. Every bedroom is equipped with "smart" flat-screen TVs. as well as a big screen TV in the living room. with 3 of the 4 bedrooms equipped with the own "Mitsubishi" A/C units for personal temperature preference.

CANAL: The property is located on a True "Flow Through" Canal which supports abundant ocean life, with snapper, parrot fish, nurse sharks, tarpon, lobsters and many more spotted daily at our 90' Dock (60'usable as our boat & lift take up 30')
2 paddle boards a available for your enjoyment of the large bay out front loaded natural coral located at the end of the canal

An amazing, inground, beach entry pool with hot tub w/ waterfall Grotto measures 40'x 15'. There is a Tiki hut sits right at the beach entry end of the pool with an outside pool 1/2 bathroom right at poolside as well as a outside hot/cold fresh water shower also the jumbo size Chess / Checkers as well as Corn Hole located in the front sandy area along the canal.

Newly designed landscaping/fencing was laid out with privacy in mind.

Large Outside Screened in Lanai measuring 40'x 20' with outside bar area with sink, sitting and eating area. also full size refrigerator for beverages as well as a small Bait freezer and Ice machine for the fishermen.

This property is strictly a Sun-Sun, 7day rental property, we do not rent nightly.

Absolute dream vacation home. Not too fancy, very comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped. Property is quite large with wonderful pool and spa. So many outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the wonderful weather of the Florida Keys. Boat dock is easy to maneuver in and out from. Fresh water to rinse off boat and equipment. Plenty of bathrooms and showers for entire group we traveled with. Beds were comfortable. Clean and inviting. Hope to be back.

Beautiful home with plenty of amenities. Excellent location within the keys. We were able to visit Key West and Key Largo with short drives. Highly recommend. Lots of privacy with beautiful vegetation.

This was our second stay at Craig's property and absolutely can not wait for our next visit! We take yearly family vacations with our boys and both sets of grandparents. We could not ask for a more fun, family friendly, comfortable, safe environment for everyone! Our 4yr old is autistic so safety and peace of mind is #1 priority. This house is top notch in regards to safety! All doors have multiple locks and alarms, the pool gate has a latch he can't reach and there are no stairs he can throw himself off of (except the 4 or so going to the dock) and the grandparents also appreciated very much not having to climb stairs! The pool is amazing.. the beach like entry was much safer for the littles and the grandparents! The hot tub was fantastic, and everyone loved hanging out in the pool grotto and huge tiki hut out of the sun! The dock on the canal is not far off the back porch and we caught many fish, and spotted so many more! We even got visited by a 4-5ft nurse shark who swam directly beneath our faces while we were watching the giant lobsters poke out under the dock! What an experience! The house is great, the main bedroom is huge, and even with a king bed it was big enough to add our son's twin size safety bed! The main area is comfy, open, and allowed everyone to interact no matter who was doing what.Craig is also top notch! Both times we stayed he was next door working on his other 2 houses.. he's a great human, and prioritizes his guests needs 100%! 10/10 Recommend!

Grouper Drive Marathon Florida

Our stay was great. The 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths fit our group of 7 perfectly. The pool and hot tub were used daily and the location is right in the middle of all the restaurants on Marathon. Our host was the best.

Second Annual Vacay at this house!

This home is an annual tradition for our family now. Offers a very spacious split floor plan, very clean, and the outside is an oasis. Great location near delicious restaurants and great fishing spots. We had a wonderful week long vacation. The beds are very comfortable too!

We had fun and relaxation from the minute we got there till we sadly packed and left! This home is in a perfect location and has a perfect layout. The owner is so friendly and there if you need him. We loved the pool deck area and the dock- lots of wildlife was enjoyed. Great beaches and boating, snorkeling and fishing. Terrific restaurants and the aquarium was a fun break from the sun. We want to come back!

Large, beautiful and comfortable home

The house was very spacious and there was plenty of room for our family of 8. The pool area was the highlight focus and we spent alot of time there. I loved that it was partially shaded to escape the sun. We also used the stand up paddle boards that came with the house to see the sunset one night. overall, it was a great house and a great stay.

Perfect little paradise

The property was perfect for a 2 family stay. Everything we needed was right there. The owner provided us with Ice when the ice maker was broke. Pool issues were addressed promptly. We were able to bring our dogs too! Beds, and furniture were very comfortable making it easy to relax and unwind. Top notch place and highly recommended. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Perfect!

Where do I start? The home is perfect and fitted with everything you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were awesome and very private. The house was very clean and every bedroom had their own tv. Plenty of seating in the living room and the outside as well. I would highly recommend this home and I would definitely rent it again!

Best couples trip

A weeks stay for 3 couples and we all agreed it was our favorite house so far. The owner was very responsive to any issues. The bedroom and bathroom layout was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked a lot. The pool area is the highlight of the house, very private, super relaxing, and just a fun place to hang out at the end of the day. The week went too fast and we hope to come back some other year.

Lovely home

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Pool and hot tub are amazing. Had one question and the owner was quick to respond which is very appreciated. The house had everything we needed with 3 couples and 2 dogs. We love that the property is fenced in so the dogs could be off leash the entire stay. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to grill and cook. Off street parking for 3 vehicles a plus too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most likely rent from this owner again. Hated to leave!

Craig is a first class host, the property is PERFECT for a large family. We Travel with 8 and dogs plus an RV. The pool is amazing and the dock access was fantastic for our boat. The pictures do not do give you the full scope. The kitchen has everything and plenty of room to cook. Check in and check out went smoooth! Craig is very responsive. We have already booked the return trip.

Just like Home…but better!

Our second trip to The Grouper house and it was like “home sweet home” (except with an amazing pool, on the water and in amazing Florida Keys! This was our second stay and we decided one week just wasn’t enough last time so we stayed for 2. We brought our kids along this time (2.5 and 9) and could not get them out of the pool unless their were some fish and sea life to spot in the canal waters. My son “caught” his first fish off the dock and has watched the video about 100 times since. Inside was super comfortable with enough space for our whole group. The home was super clean as well. We booked our 2 weeks for next year within days of being home. You will not be disappointed renting The Grouper House!
