Beautiful, custom built home finished in December, 2019.

Highlights of our family-friendly, custom build home that sleeps 11 guests include an elevator, 2 master bedroom suites, multiple porches and beautifully appointed living areas.

Living Area
Enjoy watching movies on a rainy day on the 55" flat-screen TV located in the main living area. Separate seating area on main living space by fireplace for causal conversation or to enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Kitchen and living space are open to each other, creating an inviting atmosphere for entertaining and family meals. Kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances (including French Door fridge with water/ice option outside, and separate Beverage fridge) and a large granite island that seats four. Additional seating for 6 located at the dining table. Also located on the main floor is a half bath and additional 2nd master bedroom and bathroom.

Bedrooms and Bath
The downstairs features a large "mudroom" space with coat hooks, bench and area to throw flip flops. Also located downstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One Master bedroom (King) with walk-in bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms (4 bunk beds located in one and queen bed located in the 2nd) with jack and jill connecting bathroom. Laundry space is also located downstairs. Outdoor shower also located on ground level. Upstairs there is a 2nd Master bedroom (Queen and Twin) and connecting bathroom.

Extra Amenities and More Details:
Complimentary high speed internet and TV, washer/dryer, pack-n-play, highchair, beach chairs and toys are provided. An elevator offers convenient access to all floors. Secure, custom code provides keyless entry during your stay.

Parking is provided for four vehicles in a carport and 2 in the driveway.

Location:
Located directly across from a beach access. Access is visible from the house and just a short walk away. Enjoy ocean views directly from either of the 2 back porches and marsh/intercoastal views from the front porch!

Clean and great location

Taylor's Tide was Terrific!!!

This house was perfect for extended family visit. Great views off the decks! Very nice layout and beautiful home! Well stocked. Extremely helpful host. Easy access to beach. Fabulous vacation !

Taylor’s Tide is Terrific

Beautiful home. Great location with view of ocean. Easy walk to beach access. Everything was nice and clean. Love the extra drink fridge and prep sink in the kitchen. Would be helpful to have new frying pans. Only other suggestion is for linen service to provide more washcloths. We only had one each so had to do laundry each day. Not sure if that’s the norm or if we should have had at least two each. We would definitely stay here with family again! Thanks to the Taylor’s for quick responses to questions and for sharing their beautiful beach house!

Long Weekend with Family

We had a seamless arrival at this location. Our group enjoyed the proximity to the beach access. Love the provided linens, but would be even better if beds were made up. Overall, good location, homeowners easy to deal with. Enjoyed the quietness on the beach during the extra day that was required for the reservation. Thanks for a good trip!

Beautiful Home!

We had a family vacation with our 3 children (ages 21, 18, & 16) and 2 of their friends (ages 18 & 17). Taylor's Tide was perfect for this group. Short walk to the beach and the home was the perfect size. Great views from the upper deck and a beautiful sunset view from the back. Lots of spices so we didn't have to worry about that and plenty of cookware/dishes. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to be back in the future!

This is a beautiful and clean home! The elevator was perfect for the mobility needs of 2 of our guests. The keyless entry was so easy and helpful for multiple families coming and going. Amazing vacation spot

We have stayed at Taylors Tide for a few years now and have greatly enjoyed each stay. This is a highly recommend property to stay at while visiting Ocean Isle. The location is perfect with great ocean views and a short walk to the beach. The house is very spacious and always very clean. The owners are great to work with and respond to any questions quickly. I have only had wonderful experiences while staying at this property.

Great beach stay

This property was the perfect house for our family. The location, the space, the amenities, and the decor made for a great vacation. The house is so convenient to beach access which made it really nice for our family members who can't walk as far. The elevator was a wonderful amenity to have because the stairs were very steep for some of our family members with more mobility issues. The house is well situated for multiple family members, and everything was so clean and nice. The house offered plenty of parking which was good since we had multiple cars. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property or stay again.

Fantastic OIB Property

This is the second year staying at Taylor's Tide. It's an amazing beach property with a fantastic location. The property is well decorated and extremely clean. It's just a short walk to the closest beach access. Elevator access makes things a lot easier for packing/unpacking. The owners are fantastic at communicating and ensuring a pleasant stay during your time on vacation. This property is highly recommended for anyone looking for an amazing place to stay while at Ocean Isle.

Great location!

Pros: - Location - Very convenient to beach access - Very spacious parking - Tech- Great WiFi / streaming services / Sonos - Great floor plan / open living space! - Great view of ocean from porch - Host very quick to respond and helpful - thank you! Cons: - Kitchen not well stocked - pots and pans were on the older side and cheaper quality - Maybe the cleaning vendor had a down day but we had to re-clean a few areas. Plus shower grout in multiple bathrooms have several moldy areas - Downstairs kids bathroom door only opens halfway - elevator is finicky but the host was very helpful when we ran into trouble - there is a grill provided but it’s small and charcoal

My family and I have been coming to Ocean Isle on and off for the past 25 years. This is the best property we’ve stayed at based on the overall value and experience. The posting description was spot on and the owners were responsive which made the process seamless. We appreciated the attention to detail in regards to use of items instructions, technology, etc. You can’t go wrong with this property if you’re looking for an awesome week at the beach!

Fun times at the Beach!

Enjoyed our stay at Taylor’s Tide! Family of 10 (ages 2-71) with lots of space to hang out. First time for our group to experience 4th of July at the beach with a parade and fireworks on the beach. That’s the way to celebrate! Thanks for sharing your beach house!

The Taylor family lives in Cary, NC and both Chris and Lauren are native to North Carolina! Lauren grew up in Charlotte and Chris in Greensboro, both attended Appalachian State University and love the mountains but have always dreamed of owning a beach house. We now have 2 small children who also love the beach!

Why they chose this property

We have always loved Ocean Isle Beach and stumbled upon this property when it was in the early framing phase in August 2019. The views from both front and back porches completely sold us!
