Beautiful Custom Built Home with POOL & ELEVATOR, located 1min from BEACH ACCESS

Beautiful, custom built home finished in December, 2019.

Our family-friendly, custom build home sleeps 11 guests and includes a new pool (built in 2025), elevator, 2 master bedroom suites, multiple porches and beautifully appointed living areas.

Living Area
Enjoy watching movies on a rainy day on the 55" flat-screen TV located in the main living area. Separate seating area on main living space by fireplace for causal conversation or to enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Kitchen and living space are open to each other, creating an inviting atmosphere for entertaining and family meals. Kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances (including French Door fridge with water/ice option outside, and separate Beverage fridge) and a large granite island that seats four. Additional seating for 6 located at the dining table. Also located on the main floor is a half bath and additional 2nd master bedroom and bathroom.

Bedrooms and Bath
The downstairs features a large "mudroom" space with coat hooks, bench and area to throw flip flops. Also located downstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One Master bedroom (King) with walk-in bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms (4 bunk beds located in one and queen bed located in the 2nd) with Jack and Jill connecting bathroom. Laundry space is also located downstairs. Private outdoor shower located on ground level. Upstairs there is a 2nd Master bedroom (Queen and Twin) and connecting bathroom.

Extra Amenities and More Details:
Complimentary high speed internet and TV, washer/dryer, pack-n-play, highchair, beach chairs and toys are provided. An elevator offers convenient access to all floors. Private, family pool constructed in 2025 will provide endless entertainment. Secure, custom code provides keyless entry during your stay.

Parking is provided for three vehicles in a carport and two in the driveway.

Location:
Located directly across from a beach access. Access is visible from the house and just a short walk away. Enjoy views from either of the 2 back porches and marsh/intercoastal views from the front porch!

Linen Fee negotiable for weekend/long weekend rentals. Please inquire if you would like to bring your own linens. Linen Fee required for weekly rentals.

Amazing vacation spot

We have stayed at Taylors Tide for a few years now and have greatly enjoyed each stay. This is a highly recommend property to stay at while visiting Ocean Isle. The location is perfect with great ocean views and a short walk to the beach. The house is very spacious and always very clean. The owners are great to work with and respond to any questions quickly. I have only had wonderful experiences while staying at this property.

Amazing Beach House

Long Weekend with Family

We had a seamless arrival at this location. Our group enjoyed the proximity to the beach access. Love the provided linens, but would be even better if beds were made up. Overall, good location, homeowners easy to deal with. Enjoyed the quietness on the beach during the extra day that was required for the reservation. Thanks for a good trip!

Fun times at the Beach!

Enjoyed our stay at Taylor’s Tide! Family of 10 (ages 2-71) with lots of space to hang out. First time for our group to experience 4th of July at the beach with a parade and fireworks on the beach. That’s the way to celebrate! Thanks for sharing your beach house!

Awesome family vacation

The house was perfect. Very well maintained and very comfortable. Close to the beach. We loved Ocean Isle Beach. Such a quaint area. We took our bikes and never got in the car. I cannot say enough about the owners quick response when we had a question.

Lauren grew up in Charlotte and Chris in Greensboro, both attended Appalachian State University and love the mountains but have always dreamed of owning a beach house. We now have 2 small children who also love the beach!

Why they chose this property

We have always loved Ocean Isle Beach and stumbled upon this property when it was in the early framing phase in August 2019. The views from both front and back porches completely sold us!
