Enjoy the beautiful Atlantic ocean from this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo that is located ocean front on the upper level at Ocean Isle Beach, NC. The deck overlooks the pool and offers great views of the ocean and the pier. Pool opens April 1; closes October 31. Amenities include Wifi, large flatscreenTVs in living room and in each of 3 bedrooms, outside shower, coffee maker, W/D, DW. Beds: 1K, 1Q, 2S, 1DS/S. Guaranteed parking is limited to one space. Park in the space labeled for C3. Unit is located on the second floor of the third building (C) in the 3 building complex.
Ocean Isle Beach is a beautiful white sand family beach in southeastern North Carolina. This sleepy little island is an uncrowded and quieter alternative to bustling coastal communities like Myrtle Beach and Wilmington North Carolina, both just 30 miles away.
Ocean Isle Beach is a place with no traffic lights, honky tonks, or neon lights. Explore the island or the neighboring uninhabited islands by renting a canoe, kayak, bicycle, jet ski, golf cart, or leisure boat. Play golf at over 100 golf courses catering to every level of play and budget. Free tennis courts are close by at the Park where you can enjoy a picnic lunch. On the island you will find great restaurants, provision stores, and island shopping. Connected to the mainland by bridge, Ocean Isle Beach is one of seven Brunswick County beaches that offer a variety of cultural, recreational, and historical opportunities for the adventure-loving traveller.
Beach concerts, miniature golf, children's arcades, go cart tracks and of course having an ice cream after a leisurely day on the beach building that sand castle. Hi. My name is Becky and I was born and raised in North Carolina. My parents purchased the condo at Ocean Isle Beach in 1993, but my family has been visiting the beaches around the North Carolina/South Carolina border for over 50 years.
I am an attorney and community economic development specialist. My job allows me to travel throughout North Carolina. I visit mostly rural areas and work with their residents to build their communities into great places to live, work, and play.
I love to travel, learn foreign languages, putter around my yard, and walk with my dog, Marvin. He loves the beach just as much as I do.

Why they chose this property
While I love to travel the state, our nation, and the world, our place at Ocean Isle Beach is what I call "home." I've lived in North Carolina, Germany, Texas, and North Dakota. Now back in North Carolina again and edging towards retirement, I live in Winston-Salem, but Ocean Isle is where my heart is.
As a property owner who only markets the property online, I have engaged a young woman who lives locally to clean the condo. I love supporting her small business, and together, we make C3 Beach Villas your home away from home.
It is beachfront, on the second level, so it gives you a great ocean view. It is within walking distance of the pier, restaurants, shops, and putt putt. It is in one of the longest-standing condominium complexes (only 3 buildings, so 12 units) and has withstood storms for over 60 years. It was definitely built to last, and since none of the units has more than 3 bedrooms, large parties don't happen here.
The pool is where my babies learned to swim (they're now in their thirties), and there is a large yard for dogs to run. While I don't allow renters to bring pets, I do bring mine for one week in early June, and then as often as I can in the off-season.
