Gîte du Petit Hohnack

Located in the heart of nature at an altitude of 850m in the commune of Labaroche, our 90m2 single storey gîte is designed to accommodate 6 people.
A large living space of 40 m2 including a living room, a fireplace and an equipped kitchen, allows you to enjoy the bright atmosphere offered by large windows.

The location of the gîte not only offers a panoramic view of the Alsace plain and the Black Forest, but is ideally situated for exploring central Alsace around Colmar.
The accommodation we offer is in the mountains, at the foot of the Hohnack Castle, at the top of the village. It adjoins the owners' house while remaining independent.
Nature and hiking enthusiasts (on foot, mountain bike, snowshoe, etc.) will find departures from marked circuits on site.
The more athletic can also reach the Lac Blanc ski resort located 20 minutes by car, in summer (bike park, hike, climbing ...) as in winter (alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, sledging, alpi ...). You will discover the Vosges ridges and their many lakes, with a must stop in one of the many farm-inn sector offering local specialties.
Those interested in cultural and historical heritage will enjoy some of the most beautiful villages in France, along the wine route (Kaysersberg, Eguisheim, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, not forgetting Colmar…), but also the historic site of Linen, high place of fights in 14-18.
As for lovers of the Alsatian tradition, the many Christmas markets that light up the entire month of December will amaze and delight you. You are spoiled for choice!
