Situation:
The gite de la Fontaine offers you an independent house with garden on the heights of Val d'Argent in the center of Alsace at the height of Sélestat, shortly after the Maurice Lemaire tunnel (Ste Marie aux Mines tunnel).
Located in La Vancelle, a peaceful village facing south surrounded by mountains, the gite faces Haut Koenigsbourg and the Taenchel massif.

Characteristics of the Gite:
1 large living-dining room opening onto a terrace and a garden (with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue), 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 separate WCs (including 1 with sink), 1 independent kitchen, 1 laundromat and 1 large closed garage for 2 cars.
Babies are welcome (travel cot, changing mat, high chair). Children and adults will find games and books, TV and DVD player, WIFI.

The house is available for weekly or overnight rental (minimum 3 nights). Free WiFi, tourist tax included Non-smoking premises. Pets not allowed.
Duvets and pillows provided, beds made.
Possibility of additional bathroom linen (5 € / person).

Compulsory final cleaning costs 50 €

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le gîte, très propre, joliment décoré, très fonctionnel avec une bonne literie ! Les photos ne lui rendent pas assez hommage. Notre hôte était très accueillante et de bon conseil sur la région. Très réactive également, nous avons eu un souci avec la cuisinière réglé dans la journée. En prime une délicate attention à notre arrivée : du jus de pomme maison fait avec les pommes du jardin.Nous y séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir si nous revenons en Alsace !

Très bon accueil ; Edwige nous a donné toutes les informations utiles et nécessaires pour faciliter notre séjour : courses, prendre le train pour se rendre à Strasbourg...Logement soigné, grande salle de jeux en sous-sol dont on bien profité les enfants.Sommes ravis de notre séjour. Nous avons signalé a Edwige que le fer à repasser ne pouvait pas être utilisé en l'état !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, gut gelegen mit schönem Ausblick und sehr schöner Terrasse. Sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus einige Wanderungen unternehmen. Sehr gute Boulangerie in Liepvre (ca. 5min. mit dem Auto (Sonntags geschlossen)). Alles in allem ganz hervorragend!

Bezüglich der Check-in-Zeit und der Check-out-Zeit kam uns die Vermieterin entgegen, so dass wir Sachen im Haus deponieren und den Tag vor Ort nutzen konnten. Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich, geschmackvoll und funktionell ausgestattet. Gut gefiel uns, dass man sowohl in der Küche als auch im Wohn-Esszimmer essen kann. Vom Wohn-Esszimmer aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Auch die weitere Ausstattung des Hauses ist prima. Es ist alles vorhanden: Gartenmöbel, Grill, Tischtennisplatte, Kinderspielzeug, Bücher, CDs, Karten und Infomaterial. Alles perfekt! Und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Grande maison familiale avec une superbe vue
