Private dock, shared ramp with our 3 adjacent cottages. Sleeps up to 4.

YOUR LAKE: Over 20 square miles and 200 miles of shoreline! Typically a beach-entry type lake depending on the water levels. We also overlook one of Wateree's islands, are in a cove and no, there are no alligators this far north (Floridians always ask).

THE EXTRAS:
- Contactless Entry: Arrive to a clean home and an access code to the front door. Help is just a phone call, text or message away as we have both a co-host and a property manager available for questions and/or needs.
- We do not approve extra visitors or events without permission.
- $50/dog & no cats. More than one dog requires approval.
- Cancellations: In addition to our cancellation policy, if you were to cancel last-minute AND we were able to rebook, we will refund what the next group pays to you! We have no interest in getting paid twice, just being made whole off your last-minute cancellation.
