With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 1 bunk bed (twin over full), 1 crib, and 1 full bed, this enchanting property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the full kitchen with modern amenities (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and utensils) overlooking the water. Two full bathrooms offer a shower and tub both suitable for adults and kids alike, and a half bath off the main living area makes life easy. With heating and AC, a washing machine, dryer, WiFi, and three TVs, you’ll feel right at home. The easily accessible 30 amp hookup allows guests to park their RVs next to the home. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you’re staying (or leaving) on Thursday, please wheel trash bins to the curb (trash is picked up at 8am Thursday each week).
Set thermostats to 76 degrees during hot months and 62 degrees during cold months.
Place linens in laundry room basket or washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Supervision of children is required at all times. You will be responsible for the safety of your children and guests around stairs and water.
Adults should exercise extreme caution on the stairs and near the water. Please do not jump in, as there is debris in the water and a strong current.
Do not use the bathroom on the ground floor. It is shut off for flooding / winterization.
