Remodeled with modern details and finishes and is fully furnished. 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, tasting rooms and shopping. Private entrance and plenty of street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Hwy 29 and Silverado Trail. Enjoy a quaint patio with your favorite wine on a sultry Wine Country evening.
Beautiful tiled bathroom with shower only. The spacious shower has duel heads.
The floor plan is open where the living room, bedroom and kitchen share common space with lots of room.
The modern sink is located next to the washer and dryer in the hall connecting to the shower and toilet and is separated by a barn door.
This studio is on a shared property with the main house. There is a private entrance to the quaint patio and front door. The gate will remain locked from the inside at all times.
