Dining & Shopping: Easy walking distance to both Old Town La Quinta & the La Quinta Resort & Spa. 5-minute drive to many restaurants, and grocery stores. 15-minute drive to legendary El Paseo shops, Palm Desert and The River malls. Golf: The Robb Report credits La Quinta as the leading golf destination in the US! ** City of La Quinta enforces noise ordinances. Reduced pool deck noise is required from 10pm to midnight. No pool deck activities after midnight.
