This incredible estate home is one of the finest homes in the prestigious Greg Norman Golf Course gated community of PGA West with an unmatched southern facing location. This home overlooks the 1st green of the course and offers captivating and endless panoramic mountain views. The lushly landscaped backyard has a beautiful resort style pebble tec salt water pool/spa with cascading rock waterfall and a built-in BBQ. The backyard is also equipped with a patio misting system and a pool chilling system to provide additional comfort during the heat of the summer months.
This former model home is situated on a 15,000 sq ft parcel and is perfect for entertaining. The floor area consists of 4,370 sq ft and features 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, plus an office and an additional bonus entertainment area. The master bedroom has a walk in shower + jetted tub. This gorgeous home is furnished to the highest standards and has luxurious details and amenities such as slate flooring, granite counter tops, ceilings accented with wooden beams, custom cabinets and much more. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and appliances. Three bedrooms are appointed with king size beds and the fourth bedroom has twin beds that can be placed together into a king size configuration upon request. The office and the bonus entertainment area can also be utilized for additional sleeping areas. One of the four bedrooms represents a separate guest casita with its own private entrance.
The home is equipped with high speed wireless internet (mesh wifi system providing wifi throughout the property) and flat screen TVs in every bedroom. The “Great” room features a 75” ultra high definition TV. In addition, the bonus area has a high definition TV equipped with an Xbox One entertainment system with plenty of games to choose from.

Everything was First-Class. Rented for my 4 grown children spouses 5 adult grandchildren all visiting for my birthday party. The property is beautiful. Lots of room for everyone. There is plenty of space through out tje house that you don't feel like you are on top of each. Everyone has there own TV to watch what they want. The pool was beautiful and big. The water was nice and cool considering it was 120 degrees. We will definitely stay again.

Close cousins Reunion

Could not have been better. This home is spectacular and has spectacular Southern facing views toward the lovely mountains. It’s very private compared to most all golf course homes we considered. Absolutely lovely and well appointed. The larger square footage affords several seating areas allowing all to have privacy or down time when wanted. The photos of this beautiful home do not do this place justice. Stunning home, absolutely wonderful hosts (Brad and Maria), and very nice and always available property manager. We were 7 adults staying there with four others staying at a nearby spa resort. Cant wait for our next reunion. Thank you Brad and Maria!

I can't say enough FANTASTIC things about this estate! From the 12 to 20 foot ceilings, to the immensely spacious layout, to the magazine perfect backyard. This home is top notch! The pictures do not do this home justice. If you're on the fence about booking, do not delay. Your friends and family will never want to leave.

Extremely well kept and up to date on all appliances. Nothing broken or outdated. All new grill and tvs easy to work. Pool was fun and spacious but a little issue with being able to use the heater as they are a little too overly protective on controls and since waterfall was so cold even in summer heat. We had a nice stay there and would love to stay there again.

Fantastic property and great location

The luxury villa is located just of the first hole on the Greg Norman course at PGA West. The perfect location for any golf-related activities. We stayed at the villa for almost 2 weeks and we absolutely loved it. The pool & BBQ area is the perfect retreat after a long day of golfing. We will most certainly be back sometime in the future.

Wonderful house!

We had a great experience at this property. The pool was fabulous and had plenty of loungers and outdoor seating. The view of the course kept the men entertained but we were far enough from the 1st hole that the ladies were comfortable to be in the backyard in swimsuits. Owner was wonderful to work with and even accommodated us when we had to cut our trip short by a couple of days. The location of the house is near the entrance to the neighborhood. We found that convenient, but families with littles should be aware there are cars coming and going. We would like to stay here again! Thank you.

Why they chose this property

We specifically sought out a vacation home in the Coachella Valley with its endless sunshine and natural beauty that had the “WOW!” factor. To this end, we were attracted to the Greg Norman Golf Course community within PGA West due to the striking contrast of colors of the Australian outback design of the course. Once we entered this amazing property and saw the incredible views of the golf course and the Santa Rosa Mountains, we knew this home had the “WOW!” factor that we were searching for.

This home has fantastic views of the local mountains and an amazing pebble tec saltwater pool, spa and cascading waterfall overlooking the 1st green of the Greg Norman golf course.
