Book it! Great value for what you get. Large space, close to the main beach and restaurants and shops. View of the channel where we saw dolphins almost every day, sometimes right below us. Well stocked with towels, dishes and other stuff you may need. Vicki was very responsive to questions as well.

Excellent place to spend a vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in Vicki's condo. The view of the dolphins off the balcony was a great way to begin and end the day. The condo was very clean and stocked with all of the essentials needed for the week. The location is great and within walking distance of several restaurants and beach access. We enjoyed the beach area across the street at Shephards Resort. Would love to stay here again!

The best vacation rental!

We were so impressed with this rental overall. It had everything we needed, so much space! And it was so nice having separate bathrooms for everyone in our crew! It’s within walking distance of the beach, and many other local attractions. We had no issues, checking in or checking out and we will definitely be back to stay in the future! We even got to see dolphins off the balcony one morning, which was a huge highlight for us. Would definitely recommend!

Vacation

This place was awesome!! They had literally everything you need from utensils and even a cooler we used to bring to the beach! The view was beautiful and we seen many dolphins and even a manatee. Super clean place. Vicki was great at getting back to me when I had a question, but never had any problems on our week long stay! Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Awesome Condo!

Everyone in our group of five thought this condo was fantastic! Lots of room for the five of us to spread out and a large balcony patio with an amazing view and comfortable furniture. The unit was also well equipped with everything we needed. We are all looking forward to coming back again next. Thank you Vicki!

Comfortable family getaway

Our family loved our week at this spacious property. The view from the living room and master bedroom off the balcony are fantastic! Master bathroom is huge. Vicki was responsive and helpful. Our only disappointment was there were no beach chairs as listed. But the pros far outweighed any cons. We would happily return again.

Perfect vacation condo!

My family and I were visiting Florida for the first time and this condo was perfect! There was plenty of room and it was stocked with everything we needed and more! Vicki was very easy to communicate with and got back to me promptly! The condo is more beautiful in person too! The view off the balcony is stunning, we saw several manatees and even a dolphin! The kitchen is very well stocked, plenty of beach towels and coolers/ bags to take to the beach! The pool was very clean and we loved being able to use that too! We most definitely hope to visit again! Thank you Vicki for everything!

Kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Kitchen was untidy and disorganized. The bathroom in the room with the double bed needs the door handle fixed. Someone got trapped in the bathroom. We also could not figure out how to turn on fan on balcony. We would definitely stay there again. It was comfortable, had plenty of beach towels, beach chairs , umbrellas and beach toys. There was also a nice selection of board games. The location of the condo was excellent. We loved being able to walk to beach, restaurants and shops.
