Looking for a villa located in an exceptional setting? Welcome to the "Terrasse des Issambres", a real favorite, magical by its simplicity and its breathtaking view.

Located on the heights of Les Issambres, this villa on one level has an incredible panoramic sea view on Saint-Tropez and its bay and a view on the Massif des Maures that you can admire the terraces, pool, lounge , bedroom, and garden.

Ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Very sunny with its south / south-west exposure, this villa of 100 m2 and a plot of 1200 m2 is located in a very quiet street in the condominium Dolmens.

The villa can accommodate 6 people (+ 1/2 children in bed umbrella) with its 3 bedrooms and bathrooms:
- a parental suite with its double bed and its bathroom,
- a bedroom with two twin beds
- a bedroom with a double bed
- an independent bathroom / shower ..

Each room has large closets and a wardrobe.
The house consists of a closed kitchen with direct access to the garden and a living room opening with large windows on a very large terrace overlooking the bay of Saint-Tropez.
The terrace overlooks a private pool of 9 X 5 meters (open from May 1 to October 15), maintained by a pool weekly. The pool is secured by a gate and an alarm.

You can rest in peace on the sunbathing of the different terraces of the villa or in the shade of a magnificent oak oak more than 50 years old. The house has also been built around.

Many services are at your disposal: TV, Wifi, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine / Senseo / coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, games for children, cot, high chair , electric barbecue, electric griddle, wood-burning barbecue, ...
 
To facilitate your stay, the beds will be made and we will provide bath towels and pool (beach towels not provided).

This unique villa is a 5-minute drive from beaches (public and / or private) and shops.

It is an exceptional place to enjoy the sun and the sea while being close to all amenities. The house invites to relaxation and rest.

Many activities are located near the villa (beaches, hiking, boat trips, water sports ...)

From 16h - Departure before 10h at the end of the stay.

As we are not based in Les Issambres, we will not be able to welcome you in person. Be reassured, a person of confidence and knowing perfectly the region will welcome you and will make sure that your stay is unforgettable.

Access of travelers
The whole villa is at your disposal, the grounds allow 2 cars to park - one under a porch in the shade.

Household
Cleaning is mandatory at the end of the stay (mid-stay option for rentals of 15 days or more) and is added to the rental price. We charge 150 € per cleaning session including the whole villa, laundry sheets and towels.

Nettes Haus mit Mängeln

Das Haus hat das Potenzial für den perfekten Urlaubsort doch wir werden sicher nicht mehr kommen und das sind die Gründe Gefallen hat uns: + Tolle Aussicht + Schöner Pool + Geräumiger Kühlschrank + Bequeme Betten Gestört hat uns: - Die Aussicht wird durch einen großen Kran zerstört - Direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich eine riesige Baustelle. Entsprechend laut ist es den ganzen Tag. Die Bauarbeiten begannen im Mai 2024 und werden laut den Arbeiter die ganze Saison andauern. - Besonders die Küche, aber auch die Bäder waren schmutzig und staubig. Wir mussten alles Geschirr und Besteck abwaschen bevor wir es benutzen konnten. Die Waschmaschine war verschimmelt, die Toilettenbürste sollte dringend ersetzt werden, im Bad schimmeln die Fugen usw. Letztlich habe ich sogar Putzmittel im Supermarkt besorgt und selbst geputzt, da wir mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs waren und Dreck dann erst recht ein No-Go ist. - Es gibt zwar zwei Bäder im Haus diese verfügen aber nicht über eine Toilette. Es gibt lediglich eine Toilette. Diese wiederum hat weder ein Fenster noch eine Lüftung. Die Vermieter sind zwar gut erreichbar, wohnen aber weit weg und kann aus der Ferne nichts ausrichten. Der Vermieter meinte, wenn ich mich rechtzeitig gemeldet hätte, hätte er wegen des Baulärms die Polizei gerufen. Die sinnhaftigkeit dieses Vorhabens erschließt sich mir allerdings nicht, denn die Polizei wird keinen Baustop veranlassen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt für uns enttäuschend

Erholsame Ferien

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche. Das Haus hat eine wundervolle Lage. Es war sehr ruhig und die Aussicht gigantisch. Die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und die Betten sehr bequem. Wir genossen den Pool und den Schattenplatz unter dem alten Baum. Thomas und Marie hielten sehr netten Kontakt mit uns und kümmerten sich liebevoll um uns. Es hat alles reibungslos und unkompliziert geklappt. St. Maxime ist ein süßer Ort und es gibt viele Badestellen in der Nähe. Sehr zu empfehlen. Danke an Thomas Marie und Claire. Lg. Silke und Familie

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison avec une vue splendide. La maison est fonctionnelle, la piscine est rapidement assez profonde mais protégée par une barrière ce qui est un plus notamment avec des enfants en bas âge. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est très appréciable. La cuisine est bien équipée. Il manque juste un canapé dans le salon pour pouvoir bien s’installer après de longues journées dehors.

Traumhaftes Haus mit wunderbarem Blick

Wir waren schon sehr oft in dieser Gegend, aber noch nie in so einer wunderbaren Unterkunft! Alles verlief reibungslos und einfach, von Check-in bis Check-out. Danke an Claire für die reibungslose Kommunikation, aber auch für den leckeren Wein. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, die Betten hervorragend und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist klasse und der Blick über die Küste nicht zu überbieten. Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht und eines ist sicher...wir kommen wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Einmalige Lage mit toller Aussicht, ruhig und wie beschrieben sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an gar nichts. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur ist sehr gut, zuverlässig und freundlich. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln wir haben uns alle sehr Wohlgefühl.

Gigantischer Blick lädt zum Träumen ein

Vielen Dank für alles! Wir hatten eine wirklich gute Zeit und haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist exakt wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet. Das Beste ist aber wirklich der Blick: Ob Frühstück, Sundowner oder Abendessen, wirklich toll. Wir waren im Mai - noch vor der Saison da. Teilweise war es noch recht kühl, aber die Heizungen im Haus, wurden sofort warm. Man braucht allerdings ein Auto, wie aber eigentlich überall in der Gegend. Kommunikation mkt den Gastgebern war ebenfalls super und ist hervorzuheben. Egal was ich gefragt habe, es kam innerhalb weniger Minuten sofort die Antwort! Super! Liebe Grüße, Gloria

Emplacement exceptionnel ! Vue incroyable, cadre Et emplacement géniaux! Jolie maison décorée avec goût, fonctionnelle et idéale pour des vacances conviviales. . Très bien équipée , rien n’est oublié, l’électroménager est de qualité, y’a rien à dire….tout est top! Une semaine en Provence extraordinaire grâce à une prestation de qualité à tout point de vue. Our family very much enjoyed our stay at La Terrasse des Issambres in September. We found it a very comfortable home in which we could unwind and enjoy time with our new grandchild. (Travel cot, high-chair etc. provided) The property is located high up a hill providing fantastic mountain & sea views. We enjoyed much of our time there outside, in & out of the pool and also to dine. Marie & Thomas were extremely helpful and quick in communications also sending useful information. Claire welcomed us at the property to hand over the key, information about the place and the local area. It's a beautiful area and holidaying there was such a pleasure.
