Ambiance building at Stella Plage. Located on the ground floor, with private parking at the back of the apartment. Pretty terrace, and small garden in full south. close to shops, restaurants, market. 5 min from Le Touquet, Merlimont, Bagatelle park, not far from Berck (kite) Etaples (train station), Montreuil, 20 km from Boulogne, Calais, Authie bay ...

Rental apartment not main residence subject to tourist tax. deposit of 350 € and additional charges. Possibility to rent sheets, tea towels .. for a w end of 3 days the price is from 200 € depending on the dates. ask the owner

Great stay

The place was very well equipped and tidy. The beach is very close and beautiful white sand. When we arrived the shower was broken but the host was excellent and came straight away and sorted it out. Just a note that the garden is not secure for small dogs as they can get through the hedge.

Séjour revigorant

Bon séjour à Stella, station que nous connaissons bien. Malgré un temps mitigé, nous avons pu profiter de la mer. Le logement était conforme à la description et notre hôte très avenante et arrangeante. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Appartement bien conçu.

Un petit appartement bien conçu et bien équipé avec une grande chambre parentale et une petite chambre lits superposés et un parking derrière. Le + : le petit jardin avec sa terrasse pour profiter du soleil presque toute la journée. Le - : une petite salle de bain. Tout cela avec la sympathie de la propriétaire.

Appartement bien agencé, bien situé et bien équipé

A proximité de la plage et du centre de la station ainsi que du marché - de juin à septembre. Endroit calme et reposant ! Propriétaire très souple dans les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Tarif tout à fait raisonnable.

Bonne situation

La location est bien située, dans un endroit calme, près de la mer. Agencement pour 4 personnes, avec possibilité de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur(petite terrasse avec pelouse).Grand parking pour les voitures.Petite interrogation par rapport au bruit de l'appartement voisin.L'isoaltion phonique me parrait être à améliorer.Ne pas hésiter pour louer .

Résidence proche centre Stella/Cucq

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré les voisins très bruyant. Je trouve dommage que tout ne soit pas inclus dans le prix : charge d'eau et électricité en supplément + frais de gestion Abritel.

Sehr gute Lage mit allem, was man braucht

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, sehr sauber und mit einer kleinen, aber sehr funktionalen Küche. Die Lage so nah am Strand ist toll und wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
