The condo was one of the cutest I have stayed in on the Florida coast. It was very clean and had lots of extras in the kitchen. Pat was an extremely helpful host. We hope to stay here in the future.

This was our 4th year to stay at Island Sands and this condo was our favorite so far! It was decorated so cute and had everything we needed! Love staying at this property!

The property was great. The view was wonderful and we had everything we needed. It was close to everything including restaurants. It was very clean and the host checked on us after we got there. I would highly recommend 309 at the Island Sands

Did not Like having a 10 digit entry code. To much to remember. I think a 4 digit code would be better.

Hey there! I apologize that the code was an issue for you. I can understand that would be a bit cumbersome for sure! .There is an option to change the code to a lessor sequence. The space was welcoming with many beach-centered decorations. It was very clean and well lit. Loved the view and sounds of the ocean from the living room and balcony. The kitchen had everything needed (bring your own coffee). Host was responsive when needed. I would stay here again if in the area.

Fabulous week at Pat’s right on the beach! Everything went well. Best view from the end unit balcony! Didn’t realize until after booking when we reread the details that there’s no elevator. Three flights of steps kept us fit. Great kitchen w/all you’d need. Ice maker inside fridge is wonderful for turning out loads of ice. A/C runs nicely. Appreciated how spotless the condo was & loved that the beach service (2 chairs & 1 umbrella set up & reserved for us daily) was included in the week’s rental! Beautiful location, sugar sand, emerald water! Pat was a terrific host too!

Great place on the beach and Ocean!

Great place to stay in Fort Walton! This is our second time staying at this condo unit. Great owner and great condo! We like that it is family friendly and that it is a smaller condo building- meaning the beach is less crowded than other places near by.

Family friendly condo with a BEAUTIFUL view

This was our second stay here and I can say with confidence it will not be our last! Great location, close to destin dining without all the crowds on the beach! Condo is well equipped with everything you would need and you cannot get a more beautiful view!!

Beautiful beach condo
