On the ground floor: kitchen with fridge / freezer, 2 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fondue and raclette set ..., bathroom with shower and WC, living room very bright with table and 6 chairs, sofa bed, television. On the first floor: large bedroom with bed (140x190), cupboards. Terrace. Laundry room. Pool to share with our family only.

L'emplacement est vraiment top. L'hébergement se situe à quelques mètres de l'esplanade et des ports du lac. Le contact avec l'hôte est excellent et contribue au bon déroulement du séjour.Aix les bains est une superbe destination. Cest vraiment la "riviera des Alpes"

Très bon accueil de Christian, et de Janine la voisine pendant l'absence de Christian. Le logement est idéalement placé, près du lac et pas trop loin du centre ville.Gros plus : la piscine.Gros moins : les moustiques (indépendamment du logement). Si vous êtes sensibles, apportez un répulsif avec vous. Une fois ce problème réglé, on peut profiter des 2 terrasses.Très bonne literie à l'étage, le canapé lit est à réserver pour les plus jeunes.

Au bon accueil

Les tamalous choletais ont passé un super séjour à Aix. Le gîte est très bien situé, bien équipé, avec un abri pour les vélos. Christian est des plus accueillants et très sympathique. Le plus l'accès à la piscine !

Maisonnette avec utilisation possible de la piscine du propriétaire

Nous avons passé 15 jours à Aix les Bains en pouvant aller à pied, en ville au bord du lac, au cinéma ... Idéal pour un couple.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Christian qui est disponible et très accueillant. Logement fonctionnel et clôturé ce qui était super pour notre chien et garer la voiture. Le logement et principalement les terrasses mériteraient un petit nettoyage. Forte présence de moustiques, indépendant à Christian.

Bon sejour

Propriétaire très sympathique. Location très bien située très près du lac du Bourget. Petite maisonnette individuelle donnant sur cour. Cuisine pas du tout fonctionnelle pas de placard pour les provisions. Frigo bruyant. Escalier menant à la chambre très raide difficile pour la nuit.
