Between this beautiful and comfortable house and the sea there is ...... only the beach, a few steps on the dune and you will be at sea, no roads to cross, no stairs! Fresh, quiet and comfortable, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday with all comforts. This is the holiday home, here I spent long and unforgettable summers as well as my whole family, for this reason it has a warm charm, due to many small comforts. It is equipped with mosquito nets on all windows, heat pumps on both. floors, digital satellite television, free wifi internet, dishwasher, washing machine.
Spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is a bright living room with fireplace and two large French windows overlooking the terrace overlooking the sea, the strong point of the property: shaded by a large wooden and canvas structure, it has a table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners, sunbeds and deck chairs for sunbathing and relaxing. It is like being on the beach at home. Also on the ground floor there is a kitchen with all appliances, including an espresso machine, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. Upstairs with a mansard roof there is a double bedroom with terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two beds and a terrace with a view of the Montiferru. The house has an internal parking for 2 cars and a covered veranda on the back with a barbecue. In the garden: outdoor shower at the gate on the beach and another in the laundry area where there is a sink and washing machine; in front of the kitchen a shaded and sheltered corner with table and chairs, for days of strong wind, cool and secluded relaxation areas.
For younger children we have cot and high chair.

Wonderful Place

Exceeded our expectations in every way. Great location right on the beach. Convenient market just a few blocks away. Also a pretty good restaurant just a short walk away on the beach. You can rent stand up paddleboards, kayaks and wind surfers just a short walk away on the beach Lots of historical sites close by.

Great location directly on the sea

We had a great short stay, even shorter than planned due to a flight strike. The owner Paola was very nice and accommodating and has refunded us the missing days, Vrbo the fees unfortunately not. the house has beautiful solid old furniture, in the kitchen is also available everything necessary. The journey from Olbia is a bit long, better choose a denser airport. For snorkeling and swimming with children, and rest and read a perfect place. End of October was still great weather, some restaurants were are already partially closed due to end of season.

Even better than in the photos

Sardinia is undoubtedly a lovely place but, for me, the best part of our holiday was Paola's house. It was literally steps from the sea and the relaxing sounds of the waves were the background to a much needed holiday for 6 stressed adults! The details now. The beds are very comfortable and the shower pressure is excellent. The kitchen is equipped to cook your meals but there are takeaway and eat in pizza places within easy walking distance even for an old bird like me! We also ate at the bar just along the beach. There is a little shop called market sanna just along the road with enough to tide you over till a big shop in one of the bigger supermarkets nearby. We used Crai in Riola, about 10 minutes by car. At the end of May the sea is warmish and my children had fun in it. You can rent pedalos locally and there are opportunities for boat trips. We used Sinus Yachting and everyone loved that trip which included swimming. If you expect hotel like accommodation then this house is not for you. But if you want to stay in a beautiful, loved home which has a warm and welcoming spirit then come here. The furniture is gorgeous, some are family heirlooms and handmade. The out door terrace was used constantly by my family and we watched some amazing sunsets together. Thank you Paola for giving us the privilege of staying in your house. Grazie.

Thank you for your nice review, Ulf. I'm sorry you didn't read the announcement before booking, the price is up to six people, each additional guest pays €20 per night more, even small children. In fact, we provide additional services for little ones (high chair, cot, linen and beach toys). You should have paid €140 more but I only asked for €60, having only found out about the extra guest a few days before your arrival. We have curtains in the shower as a precise choice, the curtain is removed, washed and sanitized at every guest change and also the cleaning and sanitization of the shower tray without a cabin is more precise and safe. I know it's something not everyone think about. Thank you again.

Wir mögen die Einrichtung, die aus der Vergangenheit erzählt und sehr persönlich ist. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist unkompliziert. Man wohnt in einem kleinen italienischen Dorf, nicht in einer Touristenhochburg.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Für Sardische Verhältnisse angemessen. Das Inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Türen klemmen, Badarmaturen und Dusche so lala, zwei kleine Badräume jeweils mit Bidet. Der Gasherd ist einem großen Topf Wasser nicht gewachsen diesen zum Kochen zu bringen (zuvor das Wasser mit dem Wasserkocher erhitzen ist empfehlenswert). ;-) Sauberkeit, sehr gut Lage, Top Vermieterin ist freundlich Der kleinen Tante Emma Laden um die Ecke hat alles nötige. Der Strand ist gut, ideal für Kids, da er sehr flach im Meer abfällt!

Dear Edgar, thank you for the review. I'm sorry you didn't like my forniture as it is exactly like in photos, not modern or brand new but good quality and with familiar value. We have big leather couches, typical wooden Sardinian craftsmanship pieces and other wooden pieces designed by my father. The internal doors work all well, the ones for the terraces can be hard to open due to the brackish we have to fight with being at 20 mts to the sea. It's a problem. We did remake the downstairs bathroom 4 years ago and the upstairs one last year with brand new shower tray and head. And yes sorry but both have bidet and are of regular law size here. We did remake the kitchen last winter. About the water boiling time nobody has ever complained about it and remember that the more limescale the water is the longer it will take to boil, more if you thought of a kitchen faults you should have informed me so that I could have fixed it as stated on the contract. We do always our best to make guests feel at home and be fully satisfied, usually successfully, this time not and I cannot understand why and am sorry also because when back home you said me your stay was a pleasure.

Wunderschön!

Wir waren als Familie in dem Haus in Pitzu Idu: Die Lage ist wunderschön- wirklich direkt am Meer. Das Beste ist die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus war sauber und ist schön geräumig. Alles ist ordentlich - allerdings nicht mehr ganz neu. Paola war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen über What´s app immer erreichbar. Wer denkt, man sei dort ganz für sich, ist zumindest in der Hochsaison am falschen Ort. Der Strand ist immer voll. Jede Nacht gibt es von den Strandbars sehr laute Musik. Das war ein kleiner Wehmutstropfen.

Haus in herrlicher Lage

- Die Vermieterin ist total nett und war bei der Planung super-hilfsbereit und immer sehr gut erreichbar - Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Wer sich was Topmodernes wünscht wird eher nicht glücklich. Aber für uns machte das Alter und die liebevolle Deko den Charme des Hauses aus. - Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt, die Vögel liefern beste Unterhaltung an der Vogeltränke - füllen nicht vergessen :) -, Geckos und Smaragdeidechsen flitzen über Zaun und Mauern und abends flogen (wie von der Vermieterin angekündigt) zweimal die Flamingos übers Haus… - Die beiden Terrassen und die Aussendusche sind perfekt blickgeschützt - Super Bedingungen für Wassersport: SUP/Kajak kann man aufgepumpt blickgeschützt lagern, Windsurfverleih 900m weiter am Strand, beim Schnorcheln haben wir einen Tintenfisch und eine Sepia gesehen und natürlich ganz viele Fische - … Wir würden am liebsten sofort wiederkommen.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand

Wer den Strand vor der Tür haben möchte ist hier richtig. Schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage. Leider ist im Herbst ab 01.10. fast alles geschlossen im Umfeld. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Gut für Windsurfer und Kiter. Direkt vor dem Haus starten und dann geht es in eine der schönsten Wellen des Mittelmeer ... Zum Capo Mannu sind es je nach WIndrichtung nur ein paar Schläge zu Kreutzen ...

Una terrazza sull'infinito

Non ci sono parole per descrivere l'assoluto relax offerto da questa casa... È vissuta quindi provvista di tutto quello che può servire. Noi l'abbiamo amata profondamente. È praticamente sulla spiaggia, un cancelletto in legno accede al mare, e rientrando, un comodissimo doccino permette di sciacquarsi dal sale e dalla sabbia. Il fondale marino è super sicuro, l'acqua è bassa per un lunghissimo tratto. Al tramonto ci si perde nella magia del sole rosso, arancio, rosa... finché scomarendo lascia il posto alla luce del faro. Avevamo programmato gite che non abbiamo più voluto fare perché non ci serviva altro. Grazie Sardegna, grazie Putzu Idu e grazie Paola!❤

Traumurlaub

Bei diesem Urlaub stimmte für uns alles. Es handelt sich um ein sehr grosses Haus mit wunderbarem Meerblick und dem Meer direkt vor der Haustür. Nach der grosszügigen voll möblierten Terrasse vor dem Wohnbereich, die teils Schatten, teils Sonnenplätze bietet, geht's über einen Minihügel direkt ins flach abfallende Meer. Vor dem oberen Hauptschlafzimmer mit sehr guter Matratze ( insgesamt gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer ) befindet sich ebenfalls eine riesige Terrasse von der man einen wunderschönen Blick über die Bucht hat. Selbst das obere nach hinten ausgelegte Schlafzimmer verfügt noch über eine Terrasse. Das Haus ist nicht auf dem allerneuesten Stand der Möbelmode aber urgemütlich und zudem von Küche bis Klimaanlage perfekt ausgestattet. Ein hypermodernes Interieur würde sicherlich den Charme des Hauses zerstören. Auffällig war neben dem Traumblick die Ruhe, die zu unserer Zeit herrschte. Kleine, morgens in der Tränke badende Vögel, eilige Eidechsen. Dazu die Stille. Entzückend. Wer jedoch Halligalli und Bespassung von aussen sucht, der ist hier fehl am Platze. Der dazu gehörige Ort hat nicht allzuviel zu bieten. Eine einfache Pizzeria, Bar - Tretboote konnte man auch mieten.. . Einige kleine Kaufläden für die einfachen Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Für einen Grosseinkauf zu Beginn des Urlaubs empfiehlt sich allerdings die nächstgrösseren Orte anzufahren. Der Wäscheschrank ist aussergewöhnlich reich mit Tisch-, Bett-, Bad- und Küchenwäsche bestückt. Man kann getrost mit kleinem Gepäck anreisen. Wir hatten einen Riesenkoffer voll unbenutzt wieder mit zurück genommen. Einen besonderen Dank möchte ich noch an Paola aussprechen. Von Anfang bis Ende eine aussergewöhnlich nette, unkomplizierte und prompte Betreuung. Vorbildlich. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne noch einmal wieder. Einfach schön und entspannend in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren zwei Wochen zu Gast bei Paola und wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Wir haben jeden Tag -auch bei Regen- genießen können. Der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach phantastisch 😍 Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht und es hat genügend Platz um zB SUP oder Kajak zu lagern. Paola war jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder (und wären gerne noch viel länger geblieben).

Fabulous location. Brilliant outdoor areas. Very comfortable house

Wonderful house and wonderful stay. Firstly - Sardinia was a revelation! Adored it. Thought we'd have a nice late summer/early autumn beachside holiday. The weather (and water) were warm enough to swim and despite a lot of restaurants being closed for winter, we had a great time. The house is right-on-th-beach! We got the most gorgeous sunsets and loved sitting and eating outside. House inside is simple, relatively basic, but exactly what you need from a beach house. Bathrooms upstairs and down was appreciate - as was the big deck outside the main bedroom. Paolo couldn't have been more helpful, communicative and easy to deal with. She met us at the house at the start and end of the stay. Made sure we knew where everything was and was available when we had a query (wrong wifi password), which she quickly resolved. All in all - truly wonderful stay. Thanks!

Traumhafte Zeit direkt am Strand

Wir haben eine super entspannte Woche in dem Haus von Paola und Ihrer Familie verbracht. Es hat einen tollen unverbauten Blick auf das Meer und wir haben viele Stunden dort nur auf der Terasse gesessen und den Ausblick genossen und entspannt. Der schöne Sandstrand von Putzu Idu ist direkt vor der Tür und wir sind oft spazieren gegangen. Da wir im Mai gereist sind, waren viele Häuser noch nicht vermietet und es war sehr ruhig, das Wasser aber leider noch zu kalt zum Baden. Die direkten Nachbarn waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat seinen eigenen Charme, es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Auch sehr viel Platz.Wir haben jeden Abend gekocht und das Essen auf der Terasse mit Sonnenuntergang genossen. Es hat uns zum Essen nirgends anders hingezogen, nichts konnte mit „unserer“ Terasse mit Meerblick mithalten. Eingekauft haben wir entweder in einem kleinen Supermarkt in Putzu Idu, der das Nötigste anbietet und zu Fuß nur 3 Minuten entfernt ist oder in Oristano, mit dem Auto nur 20 Minuten, in einem großen Supermarkt. Paola und Ihre Familie haben uns super freundlich und herzlich empfangen und sie spricht ein sehr gutes Englisch. Wir haben uns gleich willkommen und zu Hause gefühlt. Alles in allem wären wir sehr gerne noch geblieben, wir hatten genau die Zeit, die wir uns gewünscht haben. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen!
