Very nice Appartement close to the sea

We had a good time with 2 adults and 3 kids in this spacious Appartement. Well equipped with Air condition and good kitchen including basics like coffee, Sugar, Salt and oil and bbq, dishwasher and washing machine and outdoor shower, parasols, Beach Equipment etc. Nice Contact and easy checkin and checkout. Just 20 meters to the sea (with some seaweed) and 5 mins to other great beaches by car.

Urlaub auf dem Strand

Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch. Noch besser als auf den Bildern sichtbar ist die Terrasse. Eine tolle Lounge mit großem Schirm und mit Verlassen der Terrasse steht man schon im Sand, dann noch durch eine kleine Düne durch, die das Haus vor dem Wind schützt und schon bist du am Meer. Leider nicht surfbar, dafür ist die Umgebung fürs Surfen perfekt. Eine super leckere Pizzeria ist paar Meter entfernt und sogar zwei Strandbars. Sonst ist es sehr ruhig in Sa Rocca Tunda. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet: Sonnenschirme, -stühle, Beach Tennis, Citronella Kerzen, Nähzeug, viele Gewürze, große Spülmaschine... Es fühlt sich belebt an. Die Waschmaschine ist nicht sonderlich gut, aber immerhin... Es empfiehlt sich, eine lange Wäscheleine für Strandtücher mitzubringen. Danke an Pina und Antonello, dass wir diese Strandnähe und absolute Ruhe mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern in diesem Haus genießen durften.

Interessante Reise an den in dieser Jahreszeit ruhigen Ort, herzliche Aufnahme, naturnahe Umgebung, sauberer Strand (allerdings viel Seegras am Ufer, zum Windsurfen im Wasser aber kein Problem) stimmig, eingerichtete, geräumige Wohnung. Bietet alles, was man im Ferienalltag braucht, incl. Aussendusche nach dem täglichen Aufenthalt am Sandstrand und Waschmaschine für Geschirr- und Grosskinder(-Kleider)-Wäsche und Aussensitzplatz für zusätzlichen Gästeempfang zum Essen!

Hervorragende Lage zum Strand

Wer am Strand chillen möchte und dies mit Unterbrechung ist hier ideal aufgehoben. Durch die direkte Lage zum Strand kann man schnell mal in die Wohnung. Alles nötige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Ideal für 4 Personen, da nur ein kleines Bad zur Verfügung steht. Kann mit gutem Gewissen empfohlen werden. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin war perfekt ebenso der Kontakt zu den sehr freundlichen Nachbarn.

Simply wonderful. Just ten steps from seaside.

Kids were free to go to the beach: no cars no roads to cross, non cars to take to go to the sea. Anything at yours hands reach. Relaxed atmosphere in a no crowd beach!! House perfect. I'll be back for shure.

Casa carina ma il proprietario.........

Casa molto carina arredata con gusto con un piacevolissimo giardinetto all'entrata. I materassi ed i cuscini sono decisamente scarsi. I telefoni difficilmente prendono la linea sia all'interno che all'esterno così come internet. Sul contratto che mi è arrivato era scritto vista mare e doccia esterna. La vista mare non c'è perché difronte a casa c' è una (bellissima ) siepe di ginepri Il tratto tra la casa e la spiaggia è ad onor del vero cortissimo. La doccia esterna c'è ma non funziona . La foto del l'esterno non corrisponde al vero perché al posto del l'ombrellone c'è una bellissima struttura in legno coperta da tende di bambù da cui filtra in sole. Il nostro problema più grosso è stato il rapporto con il proprietario. Non mi dilungo ma sicuramente in quella casa non torneremo mai più.
