The place is rundown & a dump. Stains on furniture, tv in family room didn’t work (was told it was in fact broken & another one was on order but they weren’t going to refund any money because all the other tv’s worked). Serious ant problem that was not addressed after complaint. The lock on the front door wouldn’t unlock from the inside so we had to go out the back door & put the code in from outside to get out(this was fixed after complaint). The mattress on my bed was 6 inches thick so every time I turned, I hit the steel bars underneath. The pillows were so flat might as well not used one. Red stains on the carpet in front bedroom. The shower curtain was cheap & too short so it stuck to me when I showered instead of magnets sticking to the inside of the bathtub. Only enough hot water for 3 showers at a time. No cookie sheet/pizza pan to cook frozen pizzas. The coffee pot leaked coffee no matter how carefully you poured it. The pool light didn’t work. Only one porch light lit up, other was burnt out. The community pool was nice but did not allow balls to be thrown in the pool so our 11 year olds didn’t want to go. There’s a sad miniature golf course in the middle of the pool they tried to do but it cost 7 a person. No outside food or beverages are allowed but you could buy their overpriced drinks & food except they were out of pretzels both days we were there. Pool slides were closed both days. Would definitely not stay here again & do NOT recommend it.
