Tout était parfait. Seul un portillon vous séparera de la plage👍 Place de parking incluse, non négligeable à Carnon ou quasiment toutes les places sont payantes et très chers! Je recommande

Location très propre et emplacement idéal petit bémol les propriétaires sont au dessus

la location était très propre et l emplacement idéal Cependant les propriétaires logent à l étage supérieure et ont deux fenêtres donnant sur la terrasse de la location La propriétaire s est même permis de venir sur la terrasse la veille de notre départ pour balayer cette dernière, ranger les ballons et pelles prêtées pour la location, ranger le tuyau d'arrosage de la location alors même que nous n avions pas terminé notre séjour J ai pu la voir de la plage qui est en face de la location Vraiment pas top du tout car le locataire a droit a la jouissance paisible de sa location jusqu au dernier jour Attention également l appartement a la fibre et pour la télévision il faut télécharger molotov.com pour avoir certaines chaînes mais pas toutes , pour les enfants la chaîne Gulli n en fait pas partie

Madame Enlever le sable sur une terrasse fait parti de l'entretien pour le bon fonctionnement du portail et des volets. Cela ne constitue en aucun cas une intrusion sur votre terrasse. De plus je souhaitai souligner que lors de l'état des lieux vous avez cache une aléze que vous aviez taché. Cela ne me semble pas d'etre honnete de cacher les choses , surtout que cette aléze n 'est plus utilisable. Si vous l'aviez rince juste apres la tache, elle serait encore valablE

Logement idéalement situé, parking très pratique et clos. Propriétaire très agréable et discret. La cerise reste l’accès direct à la plage depuis la terrasse.
