Apartment ideally located 5 minutes walk from the port, the market halls, the historic center, restaurants crossing the garden of Garenne.
Quiet in a small residence with lift.
Private parking space.
20 minutes walk from the train station.
8 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot (very pleasant walk along the harbor) from the ferry terminal where boats leave for the islands of the Gulf.

Completely renovated, perfectly equipped.
New fitted kitchen, living room, bedroom with bed 160, bathroom, separate toilet, entrance, balcony.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
In the kitchen you will find the basic products (oil, vinegar, salt, spices, flour, coffee filters, garbage bags ...). Induction hobs, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, fridge + small freezer, tea towels.

We do not charge a cleaning fee but we ask you to make the apartment clean.

This studio apartment was perfect for our 21 day stay in Vannes. It was close to the Port/Historic center, had convenient parking and, while compact, was designed to provide a very comfortable and functional environment. The kitchen was well equipped, and the balcony was a great place to sip a glass of wine at the end of a long day in town. The host and hostess, Veronique and Alain, were superb. They went out of their way to answer our questions and provide advice both before we arrived and during our stay. A special effort was made by Alain to help us resolve an erroneous credit card charge we received for a gasoline purchase. We are grateful to both of them for their efforts to help us.

Très bien situé et tout confort

Location très bien située, au calme et à 5 mn à pieds du centre de Vannes et du port.Place de parking dans la résidence, et tout le confort dans l'appartement pour notre séjour.Propriétaire disponible en cas de besoin, organisation de l'arrivée et du départ parfaite. Nous reviendrons certainement lors de nos futures escapades à Vannes .

Appartement assez petit mais suffisant pour un couple. Résidence bien entretenue, très calme. A 2 pas du marché et des remparts. On fait tout à pied sans besoin de voiture.

Séjour très agréable par la proximité du centre historique de Vannes, du port, des commerces Place de parking privée, tout se fait à pied. Appartement fonctionnel, propre, literie parfaite. Mieux que prévu

Logement spacieux , propre et confortable . Tout ce dont nous avons besoin est à disposition . Aucun problème pour se reposer car la residence est très calme. La place de parking numérotée est un avantage certain. la propriétaire est très aimable et nous la remercions pour son accueil. Mais ce que nous avons apprécié le plus c'est son emplacement à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville de vannes, du port, des remparts, de tous les commerces, etc. Il est aussi proche des sites touristiques, carnac quiberon, golfe du morbihan entre autre. En bref nous avons adoré.
