Here’s what we’ve done to clean and sanitize the space: Approved products. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies. Thoroughly checked each room was cleaned using extensive cleaning checklists. Clean and tidy, we cleaned, mopped and/or dusted before sanitizing. Cleaning supplies on hand, we provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. Every surface sanitized. All high-touch surfaces have been sanitized, down to the doorknob.

A complimentary bottle of wine, Ghirardelli chocolates on every bed, a continental pastry breakfast and fruit bowl will certainly start your relaxation on your holiday/vacation among the banana trees and tropical feel. Tiki torches over an LED lighted pool that overlooks the numerous banana trees which also overlooks the horse shoe pits, and fire pit, All designed for lasting memories.

Almost 3,000 SF of spaciousness, sleeps 16 guests comfortably, possibly more and up to 22 with plenty room to move around. To be honest this is the perfect place for your wedding needs with numerous wedding venues very nearby if not here. I have over 30 years of experience of photographing hundreds upon hundreds of weddings of every kind. I even thought about having my own wedding here. Just think, wouldn't it be nice to have your wedding and ceremony here or nearby with all of your bridesmaids, groomsmen or family staying at the same private location having so many amenities without having to drive hardly anywhere. This home is exceptionally clean and everything is detail oriented with themed rooms, it has plenty of room for a large extended family or wedding get together. Boasting 5 Large bedrooms, 3 full baths, so bring your whole wedding party for that matter and just have your wedding here.

Upper spacious deck overlooking pool, the lower deck and custom pier themed boardwalk leads to large seasonal swimming pool with plenty of pool toys and numerous others activities to entertain both kids and adults of all ages. Less than 2 miles to local bike trails making this home bike friendly located very close to numerous Bicycle/hiking trails. Just a few miles from growing Bentonville with night life/Art and Music scenes. Less than 2 miles to SW Missouri for canoeing and kayaking. Bella Vista offers 7 lakes, numerous golf courses (many golf courses listed at (bellavistapoa.com) and a peaceful woodsy feel along with the very famous Mildred B Cooper Chapel only about 10 minutes away where many people have their weddings. Forget the hassles of the city life, bring the family, your friends the bikes and food....we will do the rest. There are so many things to do on the property you wouldn’t even need to leave the house to have the perfect memorable vacation or holiday. Your kids are going to love this place.

Pump shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap along with sun block and air fresheners, etc. Just under 3,000 square feet of very spacious living. Information room stocked with brochures , magazines , wall maps and literature for most all of the local attractions and events, free for your taking. What's included.....Golf platform, clothes Iron, blow dryer along with puzzles, games, many various books both for adults and young children, pool toys, and toys. Wi-Fi, two tv's,. Foot spa, box fan, horseshoes, hammocks and a charcoal grill. So bring some golf clubs, balls and your favorite pool floats.

About the space:
Full size refrigerator, full size washer and dryer. Two decks, this home on the end of a dead end turnaround.. No neighbors so don’t worry about the kids being loud. You get this whole two story home with nearly 3,000 S.F. . Plus the furnished garage with pleanty of room and a large counter-bar, double hoop basketball game that keeps score, ping pong-air hocky-pool combo table. Go down the steps to the downstairs and you will find another uniquely decorated living room with a unique pier themed board walk to the pool. Main level with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen dining and living area, 2-full bath rooms, master bedroom with king, two sink bath with toilet safety hand bar, jetted tub leading into a huge walk in closet. The lower level consists of three bedrooms, living area and one full bath. New Keurig, new full size coffee maker, new toaster. Many new or like new very clean features. The kitchen is totally decked out with numerous spices, a huge selection of both both glass ware and plastic plates, silverware, cups and bowls for both adults and many suited for young children, absolutely enough to accommodate huge groups. You will feel totally at home here.

The pool is drained during cold weather. We don't provide charcoal or tiki fluid for torches. There are chairs around the fire pit area and some on the pool deck. There is plenty of wood for the fire pit in the woods surrounding the area. Please use caution when burning and respect Bella Vista burn bans and rules. There are two hiking trails down hill from the fire pit. Go straight down the hill to find a seasonal waterfall and nice creek with unique bluffs. If you go right just past the trail head you will come to a cave on the hillside. Please use caution when exploring the surroundings.



Other things to note............
Plenty of parking for over 10-20 vehicles with privacy on a Cul-de-sac.

Swimming in the pool is the sole responsibility of the Lessee and the lessee agrees to supervise all persons while around, in or near the pool. Liability for any injury, drowning or death is the sole liability of the renting party (customer). The safety and welfare of the guests-attendees anywhere on the property is the sole liability of the responsible Lessee-renter. Lessee also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Home Owner for any injury, or death related to the leased property.

Quiet hours from 11 pm to 6 am

Amenity limitations - If the maximum amount of people are staying, please allow time (20 minutes) between a couple of showers so the water heaters can recover.

Possible surveillance or recording devices on outdoor front porch.
If venturing in the woods in NWA, bug spray is highly recommended.

You have access to the whole home and the fully furnished game garage.
