No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them.

Pets
Additional cleaning due to pet wear may be subject to an additional fee.

Security Cameras
The home has 4 exterior security cameras at each door and on the back of the home. They face the parking area and exterior entrances and do not look into interior spaces. They record video and audio when motion is detected.

Accessibility
This is a single-story home with step-free access via a ramp. Exterior steps are also available.

Waterfront Safety: This is a waterfront property. Please exercise caution at all times when near or around the water. Keep a close eye on children and pets, and do not enter the water unless you are aware of the conditions and your surroundings. Guests are responsible for their own safety while enjoying the waterfront area.



Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
