Beautiful apartment, comfortable, air conditioned, wi-fi. Ideally located, downtown, 50 m from the beach. An ideal location for a wonderful holiday without the need for a car: shops, restaurants, port, old town, beach a short walk away.
2nd floor apartment with lift, terrace overlooking the citadel, private outdoor parking.
Living / dining room with open fitted kitchen (electric hob, fridge, oven, microwave, nespresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, hair dryer)
1 convertible sofa
1 TV
1 independent bedroom (double bed)
1 bathroom with shower.
Terrace equipped with garden furniture

The linen is not provided but you can rent it.

Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. If you do not wish to clean or if the premises are not left clean, a sum of € 40 will be charged.

A security deposit of € 300 by check will be requested. It will not be cashed and will be returned to you if no damage is noted.
A 30% deposit will be requested upon booking.

Les + : Appartement très bien situé à 1 min de la plage et 10 min du centre. Vue sur la citadelle exceptionnelle. Clim peu bruyante. Bonne literie. Place de parking. Propriétaire accueillant et arrangeant. Les - : Plutôt dimensionné pour 2 que pour 3 personnes (frigo, table terrasse et sèche linge limités) , couverts à renouveler, douche étroite. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Les photos sont conformes à la location. Celle-ci est très bien située, proche de tout à pied: citadelle, commerces, plage. Vue magnifique. La propriétaire est à l'écoute et l'accueil convivial. Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour.

Superbe situation, à deux pas du centre ville et les pieds dans l'eau..... que demander de plus ! Propriétaire disponible et très sympathique. Je recommande vraiment cette location.
