Spectacular views and just steps to the beach from this 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit in the Summer Sands beachfront condo complex. The complex features two heated pools (open late May thru mid-September) and five sun decks. Unit 408 is on the 4th floor at the beach end of the complex for prime ocean views (including dolphin-watching!) from the chairs out front or from the living room.

This unit sleeps 5: the bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and a twin bed, and the living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Free WI-FI included. Cable TV in bedroom and living room, DVD player in bedroom. Tile floor in living room, kitchen, and bath; Mannington Adura floor in the bedroom. Kitchenette with full-size fridge, two -burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishware, glassware, flatware, etc. Complex also offers 6 gas grills for use by guests.
The amusements and games of the famous Wildwood boardwalk are less than two miles away. Cape May, the country�s oldest seaside resort, is a short, scenic drive away and offers fine dining, great shopping and beautiful Victorian architecture. For birders and nature lovers, the Cape May National Wildlife Refuge is a bike ride away (Flash: bald eagle sightings!)
On-site professional property management and maintenance staff (May-September). Wall AC/heater unit plus ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom for comfort in this unit ideal for the many post-/pre-season events that take place in Wildwood and Cape May.
One reserved parking spot is available (for minivan or smaller vehicle; full-size extended bed pickups or Suburbans, etc. may not fit depending on surrounding vehicles) Coin-op laundry on the 4th floor.
Tenants are responsible for bringing own bed linens and towels.
Families only or adults over 25 please.

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 3PM/CHECK OUT 10AM

Great place but check in is inconvenient and tv didnt work

The room was nice and clean enough Check in process was inconvenient and had to go 15 mins away to pick up a "welcome package" and the tv wouldn't even play basic channels. Owner and office tried to help but no go

Cozy Condo

Check in process was easy to follow. One spot available with ample street parking for a second car. Parking spots were tight if you have a vehicle larger than a crossover SUV. One bedroom was cozy with a queen and twin bed. Plenty of drawer spaces. We brought and left our hangers (pink and white) to share with the next family. Dining table/living area had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. Location was perfect for views of the beach and a short walk. Bonus was a bathroom easily accessible if you are at the pool or the beach. I brought a swiffer to help maintaining the floors clean from sand. If you forget your linens/towels like us, there is a Walmart 15 min away. Nice residential streets to walk along on your way to Ocean Ave and boardwalk access. I took advantage of the fitness classes at the Crest and beach Pilates.

Relaxing and Comfortable

Property was very clean and comfortable. Very nicely decorated with everything you would need for the week. I was very impressed and would definitely stay here again! I do not have one bad thing to say about this property.
