About this property

House on the GR34, Morgat beach on foot, sea view.

Set in a large wooded plot, this house is full of charm.

The house has a large living room, a kitchen, a shower room and a toilet and an office on the ground floor; 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet upstairs. In the basement there is a large garage for a car or bikes, surfboards, etc. Free Wi-Fi.

The wood burner is not in use in the house.

Morgat is a small seaside resort at the very end of Brittany, offering sumptuous panoramas, 120km of coastal paths and water sports activities for a superb holiday with family or friends.

You'll be a 5-minute walk from the beach, water sports centre, shops, numerous restaurants and the GR34 hiking trail to Cap de la Chèvre.

Close to the surf beaches of La Palue, Lostmarc'h, Goulien, and the sites of Cap de la Chèvre, Pointe de Dinan, Pointe de Pen-Hir...

Arrival and departure on Saturdays.

In addition to the rental charge, you will be billed for the charges detailed below:

Water: 2.0 Euros/m3

Electricity: 0.20 €/kW

Heating is oil-fired and is included in the rates from November to early April.

Final cleaning: 100 Euros (compulsory)

Sheets on request: 15 Euros per double bed and 10 Euros per single bed

Towels on request: 5 € / person

A deposit of €500 is required for the rental.

Very comfortable house with a lot of light and in a quiet area, but close to the beach and the little town of Morgat. We were nicely welcomed by our host and for sure enjoyed our stay a lot.

Perfect location for family holiday

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a great house with a splendid location and a very well equipped kitchen. Perfectly suited to spend the days at the beaches and long summer evenings with the whole family outside having a barbecue with fresh fish and sea food from the local market.

Perfect holiday house in a wonderful natural landscape

We had a fantastic, relaxing, and wonderful holiday in Morgat in June. The landscape offers a wealth of nature, with beautiful, expansive sandy beaches with a clear blue sea, wild cliffs with wonderful views, magnificent sunsets, and plenty of relaxation. The house is perfectly situated in the Morgat forest, is very beautiful, very well furnished, very comfortable, and has a wonderful garden with different levels offering plenty of sun, but also shady areas for hotter days. We loved the house. Erwan Philipott's service was perfect from booking through arrival to departure. We had a very pleasant experience and would come back anytime. Many thanks to Erwan.

Tolles Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand und Ort Morgat ist den Berg hinunter in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Morgat ist ein hübscher Küstenort, mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden wieder buchen. Eine Einschränkung: kein Toilettenpapier bei der Anreise vorhanden, keine Handtücher extra zum Händewaschen, auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Mussten wir erst kaufen, total blöd.

Idyllique

Erwan est arrangeant et chaleureux. Et la maison était tellement bien placée, au-dessus de l’anse de Morgat. Elle dispose de toutes les commodités et ustensiles de cuisine pour s’y sentir immédiatement chez soi. Sans parler du coquet jardin où nous avons pu manger tous les jours. Un séjour parfait.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus, das nicht zuletzt durch seine hervorragende Lage besticht. In 2. Reihe ruhig am Wanderweg gelegen, dennoch in 5 min am Strand. Den Garten haben wir mit seinen schattigen Plätzen auch sehr genossen. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes Anwesen

Perfekt - wir haben es sehr genossen. Schnell zu Fuß am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar und viel Restaurants zur Auswahl. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und die Lage sehr ruhig. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal hier 😀
