Host lives next door and is extremely attentive. My only comment is that there is no space to put stuff like food or clothing.

Well located house but some drawbacks

The property is well located for exploring the area, being accessible to good roads. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We found the bedrooms very hot because they are under the roof, and we had to close the windows at night because of mosquitoes. It may also be useful to know that the twin bedroom is only accessible through the double bedroom. The double bedroom is open to the staircase from the lounge/kitchen downstairs. On arrival at the house we were surprised to be asked for a deposit of 250 euros against possible damage to the property. We are willing to pay such deposits but only through a booking agency such as Vrbo for security reasons. We feel if a host wants such a deposit this should be demanded as part of the booking process. The hosts didn't press their demand further and we didn't make the deposit, but it was an uncomfortable start to the stay. We understand that a request for such a deposit may come across differently to people from other countries who are used to such demands. The house is very well equipped and in pleasant surroundings. We enjoyed dining in the garden.

Nous avons tous souffert de la très forte chaleur cet été.Nous avons mis à disposition un ventilateur pour la chambre.Possibilité de créer un courant d'air en ouvrant la sortie de secours.Quant au dépôt de la caution de 250 euros , il est tout à fait justifié.Il est urgent QU'ABRITEL en fasse part aux ressortissants étrangers.Nous n'avons pas insisté sur cette demande vu l' incompréhension de ces voyageurs!!Jamais, nous n'avons eu de difficulté à ce sujet.Le gîte était propre à la sortie donc pas de souci.

Nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi les sanitaires ne seraient pas à jour !!!!Rien de particulier dans ce domaine.Peut être qu'une douche à l italienne aurait été plus judicieuse qu'une baignoire douche !Nous faisons notre possible pour rendre notre gîte agréable et le plus fonctionnel.

Nous avons loué la MARGOTIERE pour une semaine de vacance en famille avec notre chien , un berger australien Les propriétaires sont très acceuillant, très discret lors de notre séjour également Le gite est propre, bien équipé et confortable Il est aussi vraiment très bien situé pour les activités en famille ainsi que de belles promenades avec toutou Nous avons beaucoup aimé et recommandons cette location à tous les amoureux de la nature et de la Bretagne

Kleines Landhaus mit großem Garten an lauter Strasse

Das Haus hatte einen schönen großen Garten mit Boolbahn und Trampolin, für Kinder super geeignet. Leider lag es an einer lauten Straße. Auch waren zu viele Möbel im Haus die wenig Funktion hatten aber viel Platz wegnehmen. Schön war der Platz fürs Auto und für unsere Fahrräder, beide direkt am Haus.

Malgré un temps peu clément, nous avons passé une semaine agréable, dans une petite maison bien agencée et munie de tout le nécessaire. Notre petite fille Margot a pu profiter de tout l'équipement extérieur, quand la météo le permettait ... Nos hôtes étaient charmants et nous ont donné de bons conseils de promenade.

Joël et Michelle sont des passionnés, ils aiment leur région, cela se sent. Ils font magnifiquement la promotion du Morbihan et transmettent leur engouement. Nous tenons à remercier les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et toutes les petites attentions culinaires, sans parler d'une belle décoration de Noel. Le gite est très bien entretenu, propre et dispose de tous les équipements pour vous rendre la vie plus facile. L'espace extérieur privatif doit être splendide en été. De belles visites : Auray, St Cado, St Anne d'Auray, Carnac, Quiberon... Une belle rencontre. Nous y retournerons sûrement.
