A comfortable apartment located in a house on the sea-front, in the city center and 200 m from the nearest beautiful central sandy beach, 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach RELS, as well as 20 meters from the sea and a small stone beach .
The apartment is on the second floor with two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds)
a living room and a terrace with the seaview, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
There is also a storage room where you can store your bags and beach accessories.
The apartment has everything necessary for life, a kitchen, some tableware, a microwave, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are available. There is a parking place in the house underground car park which in the summer is very important and WI-FI.
In the apartment even in the heat the temperature is comfortable with the windows open because of the sea breeze. The close seaview is amazing! If you get up early all the sunrises are yours!

Het is een mooi en ruim appartement

Een appartement wat mooi gelegen is aan een boulevard met uitzicht op de zee. We hebben een mooie tijd gehad in dit ruime appartement. Allen de kitrand van het bad heeft wel zijn beste tijd gehad en mag wel worden vervangen.

Tres bien dans l’ensemble !

Nous avons séjourné 15j dans cet appartement au mois de juillet.( 2 adultes et 2 enfants) Il est Très propre , bien equipé et tres bien situé! La seule chose qui nous a déplu c’est qu’il n’Y a pas de climatisation et nous étions obligés d’ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit donc bruyant... sinon propriétaires tres sympas et disponibles. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

La location est parfaite, d'une extrême propreté, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Literie très confortable, vaisselle, linge.. Rien ne manque ! Les propriétaires sont charmants et la situation proche de L'escala historique permet d'oublier la voiture ! Nous reviendrons !

L'appartement est bien situé entre l'ancienne et la nouvelle ville, il est très agréable, bonnes prestations, propre. Il est proche de tous commerces. le garage sous terrain est très appréciable. Un petit bémol : le manque de clim.

Agréable séjour dans ce joli appartement qui offre une belle vue sur la mer

Appartement très agréable, propre, bien équipé et très bien situé entre la plage de Riels et les autres plages du côté d'Empurias (accessibles à pied). Draps et serviettes de qualité fournis. La terrasse est exposée à l'Est, agréable aux beaux jours. Tous les commerces sont directement accessibles à pied. Une place de parking est attribuée à ce logement dans le garage souterrain, ce qui est très appréciable à l'Escala. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et sympathiques. Nous reviendrons !

Très bel appart bien situé et bien agencé

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine. Les points positifs - appartement bien agencé - très belle vue sur la mer même si on aurait aimé coupé le hauts des arbres par moment - propriétaire sympa et de confiance et appartement livré propre - un parking couvert en sous sol - des promenades à proximité - centre ville avec commerces à 5 minutes à pieds - bon linge de maison et de toilettes fourni (non néligeable) - pour un début octobre pas besoin de chauffage car l'appart chauffe la journée avec le soleil qui tape et bien isolé malgré le début des chutes de température - description et photos conformes à la réalité Les points négatifs : - pas de lave vaisselle mais je l'ai dit au propriétaire donc peut être que ... - pas d'aspirateur mais il y a de quoi faire le ménage quand même - un point d'interrogation sur le bruit mentionné sur d'autres appréciation mais hors saison ça a été calme pour nous Au final j'aurais mis plutôt un 4,5/5 (surtout pour le lave vaisselle car j'ai horreur de faire la vaisselle surtout en vacances ;-)) mais je recommande la location hors saison, en saison je ne peux pas dire.

Très bonne adresse au coeur du village de l'Escala

nous sommes restés 2 semaines dans cet appartement localisé à proximité du coeur de la zone historique du village, où se trouvent les commerçants "à l'année" très sympathiques. Ce qui nous a particulièrement plu dans cet appartement, c'est sa très belle vue sur la mer et sa situation ... La petite plage du centre ville n'est pas très loin, vite remplie, mais on a toujours réussi à trouver un espace pour s'y installer. Il y a des plages plus grandes à quelques minutes en vélo ou voiture. Les propriétaires sont charmants, accueil chaleureux, l'appartement est très propre, spacieux et fonctionnel, et possède en plus des pièces pratiques pour y placer les affaires de plage ou autre. l'appartement traverse le bâtiment, ce qui permet de créer des courants d'air et d'avoir une température idéale. Si nous devions donner un petit point négatif, les cloisons ne sont pas épaisses (surtout quand les Espagnols se couchent tard), mais cela reste dérisoire par rapport aux autres avantages de cet appartement. Nous sommes très content de notre séjour, et avons découvert les anchois de l'Escala.

Parfait!

Nous avons choisi ce logement pour notre deuxième séjour à L'escala... et nul doute que nous y reviendrons! Emplacement idéal: au centre de la ville, près de plages de sables et de galets, vue mer... un bonheur! Le logement est très bien équipé, très fonctionnel, très propre. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et discrets. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location!

Net appartement aan de boulevard!

Het appartement voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en vooral wat er stond beschreven in de advertentie. Het appartement was schoon en goed onderhouden. De eigenaar was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen of opmerkingen. De garage is als zeer prettig ervaren op de warme dagen. Vanuit hier leuke uitstapjes naar Barcelona, Figueres en Girona. Het strand in Empuria-brava is aan te bevelen voor een gezin met jonge kinderen ( 30 min. rijden) . Mooi groot strand en ruimte genoeg. Zouden hier zeker nog een keer terug komen.

Really nice apartment

It is a really nice apartment, near to the beach including parking space and well-functioning fast Wi-Fi. With two opposite lying balconies for a gentle breeze in the apartment and two separate bedrooms as well. We didn't miss anything and have spend a great time of two weeks here. Finally, we also had a courteous and nice landlord. We would like to spend our hollidays here again.
