Remote and Relaxing Cabin in the Berkshires

Wake up to a beautiful view from this A-frame home built by our family. Unpack and unwind! Spend the day hiking(or snow shoeing) the property(60 acres), go into town for a great meal and entertainment and finish the day by the firepit roasting s'mores. The sunset is absolutely breathtaking (visible from inside or outside). This house is our retreat and we invite you to enjoy the calmness of the area and to Slow Down. Unplug in the Berkshires as we so enjoy doing. Tons of activities in every season to enjoy in the Berkshires!
Close to various attractions: Museums, Ski resorts(Bosquet, Jiminy Peak, etc), Notchview
For Cross Country skiing or snow shoeing, Ashmere Lake for kayaking, countless parks/reserves, Farmers Markets, Wineries, Breweries, Orchards, Shopping, Concert Venues, etc all within a short drive.
We have two pairs of adult snow shoes and a sled to share! Ping pong table and corn hole too!
Pots, pans, knives, cutlery, slow cooker, Panini maker, toaster, Keurig and Dutch oven included. Wood is supplied for the firepit, as well as adirondack chairs to sit. A gas grill is on the deck, and propane is provided. Games and puzzles are also available for your use.
Linens(sheets, towels and blankets) included in each bedroom as well. Laundry and cleaning included.
4 WD VEHICLE highly recommended during winter & rainy seasons!
NO PETS ALLOWED.

Had a great stay. The cabin is open and beautiful loved all the windows and the porch overlooking the woods. The house was very welcoming and fully stocked with all the essentials one needs for cooking. House was clean had plenty of games to keep everyone entertained. Everyone who stayed loved the fact there was no TV we could all unplug and unwind and connect. We had a wonderful time.

The cabin was clean and sweet and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The windows are great for watching the day even though we got stuck with kind of cold rainy weather. The kids enjoyed the porcupine which hung out in the tree off the porch everyday.

It was a lovely, secluded house. It was so quiet and the night skies were stunning. We enjoyed the porcupines and hearing the owls at night. Communication with Allison was prompt and helpful. The house had everything you would want in it.

Pleasant and very clean. Beautiful setting with a beautiful view of the mountains. Cozy and comfortable refuge on a busy wedding weekend. We would highly recommend this cabin in the woods!

Perfect spot for families!

We felt right at home in this beautiful, cozy cabin! With an almost 2 year old and a 3 year old we felt very comfortable and the house was child proof. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay here!

Great Stay

The cabin we stayed in was very nice and clean. It was completely stocked with anything and everything anyone could want/need for their stay. The only negative was the lack of black out curtains in the bedroom on the bottom floor on the left side of the house. Man, that New England sun comes up early! Except for that, it was one of the best stays we've ever had. Everyone was comfortable and had a great stay. We would definitely stay again.

A beautiful, comfortable and warm cabin up on top of the ridge.

Great little Cabin in the Berkshires.

A perfect remote golf weekend getaway

My brothers and I (all 40+) really enjoyed our stay at this remote property in Western MA. If you are looking for some quiet quality time including some time looking at the stars by the fire pit, this is your place!
