Large 130 m² holiday home located in the popular district of La Clère between Bois de la Chaize and Le Vieil, 400 m from the beach and 2 minutes by car from the center of Noirmoutier.
A large living room of 55 m² opening onto 2 terraces (one facing south) with a comfortable lounge, board games, television and dining table that can accommodate 10 guests.
- 4 quiet bedrooms (bedroom 1: a 160 bed, bedroom 2: a 140 bed + a 90 bed, bedroom 3: a 90 bed, bedroom 4: a 140 bed).
- 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower)
- 1 kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and espresso machine, toaster and kettle.
Separate WC. Vacuum cleaner, ironing table with iron. Travel cot.
All on a plot of 1600 m2 with sun loungers, ping pong table, summer lounge, large garden furniture and barbecue and electric plancha.
Accepted animals.
