Une bonne adresse.La maison est mignonne et fonctionnelle. (Attention néanmoins, la chambre 2 est accessible via la chambre 1 ou l'extérieur). Elle est idéalement placée au centre de l'île, avec plage (fréquentation très raisonnable) et centre village à proximité et accès directe au réseau de pistes cyclables (toute l'île est 30 mn max en vélo électrique). Son jardin clos et sans vis à vis est un . En cas de canicule (testée), elle est presque comme climatisée.Vérifiez dès la départ votre heure de départ, car nous avons appris la veille à 20h que nous devions quitter les lieux 1h15 plus tôt (en revanche, nous avions pu arriver 1h30 plus tôt...)

Très bon sejour avec une location tres bien située. La plage accessible à pieds ainsi que le centre de la Gueriniere sont impeccables surtout avec des enfants. La location est très bien équipée.

Nous avons passé un excellement séjour dans le gite qui est très bien équipés et pour tous les âgés. De tes bons échange avec les propriétaires puis un très bon accueil et suivi de Frederic de l agence de conciergerie.

Charmant séjour en bord de mer

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison bien entretenue, à 3 minutes à pied de la mer. Tout l’équipement qu’il faut pour profiter de l’intérieur (avec un fond de cuisine qui simplifie la vie). Le barbecue et la plancha pour accompagner la terrasse et un jardin fleuri. Nous recommandons.

Noirmoutier

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble. La mer est proche. Les marais salants. Circulation a vélo aisée. Cependant automobilistes et motards plutôt bruyants sur les accès à la Guérinière avec leurs grosses accélérarions injustifiées et beaucoup de décibels inutiles dans le voisinage. Fierté de notre époque moderne. On quitte les décibels de la capitale pour les retrouver à 550km...Vers 21h ça se calme.

Belle maison typique du coin. Le jardin très agréable sans vis à vis et arboré, nous avons pu y manger tous les jours et jouer au Molkky. Très bien situé, à quelques mètres de la plage, des pistes cyclables. Endroit calme et facile d’accès. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le jardin. L’endroit parfait pour des vacances en famille!
