This was our second time staying here and it’s been a great experience both times. Great location and nice condo. The hot tub and patio looking out to Fall River and the mountains is beautiful and the condo itself is nice and spacious, with the bonus of two full bathrooms.
So close and convenient to RMNP! Hot tub was essential after our hikes each evening, and the river was a nice background noise while we looked out at a mountain. Great stay!!
Right off the main road to rocky national park. The river was frozen but the scenery was great. Hot tub was nice and clean and a delight in the snow. The fireplace really warmed up the room in the morning.
Great location and loves the private hot tub and the view. Unit was well kept. Could use some additional silverware. The sliders to the deck are old and sometimes hard to manage and the screen door sometimes falls off.We did have an issue with the WiFi signal but the IT guy took care of that and it was resolved same day so responsiveness was great. We would recommend this property. It would be nice if there were laundry facilities on the property.
Went up for a weekend in Estes Park and this property was perfect. It has a full kitchen and two bathrooms, which is very comfortable. Hot tub on deck was clean and well kept. Above the river, but the sound of the river can be heard very well from deck and living room. Check in/ out was very easy. Will stay here again.
While the place was a little under maintenanced in places it’s perfect for a weekend getaway. You will hear footsteps and people above and around you, but the fans help! Since we didn’t plan to stay in the room much it was still exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price!
We enjoyed our stay. Great location and view from the balcony for morning coffee and hot tub in the evening. The reason for a 3 star overall rating was that there was a couple water issues with the unit above us. The hot tub from above had water leaking to our patio and there was a pipe leaking water in the ceiling in the center of the kitchen. Formed a large bubble in the ceiling , a maintenance person showed up to drain it and set a trash can to catch any dripping. Neither was of great concern, we were offered to relocate but it was our last night and didnt want to pack everything up. That being said the staff was great and otherwise a 5 star property

Minor issues with the condo. By minor I mean I do not need to complain about anything. We had a great stay.
We LOVED our stay here! The staff at the front desk were very kind and our room exceeded our expectations. It was clean, the view from our balcony was amazing, and having our own hot tub to ourselves to relax in while taking in the INCREDIBLE views was an experience that I will never forget. Being able to cook our own dinner and then relax while watching a movie in front the fire in the family room was wonderful. We definitely will want to stay longer next time. The only complaint I have is that there was a lot of creaking in the building during the night. Other than that, we had a perfect stay here and will definitely want to come back! Thanks!
The condo was super nice with all the major necessities. The furnishings were beautiful as well. But the real gem feature was outside! A balcony porch with a hot tub, above a rushing river and a spectacular view of what I believe was deer mountain. I think I spent every moment of our time at the condo on that porch. It was absolutely gorgeous! Just a few miles outside of town so it was away from the crowds, but close enough that it only took a few minutes to be downtown. Plus, right next to the Fall river entrance of RMNP. My only tiny issue was that there was no A/C. But between the large windows, privided fans, porch, and cool mountain breezes, it wasn't really an issue. If we come back to Estes, I will absolutely look into booking this same unit again.
We had a great stay, and had a lovely honeymoon. Very relaxing and no one bothered us. We lived in the private hot tub during our stay. The only thing I could think of which wasn't an issue during our stay since the pool was closed, but to have some sort of retractile shade on the pool side of the balcony. It could be a little intrusive while sitting in the hot tub since the balcony is on the same level as the pool deck. We will definitely want to go back. Maybe for our 1 year anniversary.
The place itself, is very nice inside. The view is great, and the wildlife is fun to see. You have a view of the river, but to actually get to it, isn’t the best. And this is a 4-plex…2 apartments on top, 2 on bottom….and you can hear EVERYTHING….EVERYTHING!!! ANY noise someone else makes or does, you can hear!!! Was not quiet and relaxing! Use your imagination to what EVERYTHING is….when I go to the mountains, a little peacefulness is what I’m looking for, so if that’s what you’re after or have a family, I’d definitely recommend somewhere else!
The setting could not be better for a stay in the mountains. 1 mile from RMNP and right next to a raging river that makes you feel like you are in the wilderness. It's a wonderful getaway
