Your private bathroom, just off the bedroom, includes a jetted bathtub. The full-sized kitchen has all the basic cooking essentials that you will need. The kitchen offers a small dining area. Your Living Room has a comfy sofa, flat screen T.V. with cable and a cozy gas fireplace. The private deck with patio furniture has gorgeous views of trees, mountains and Fall River. The view of the river from the balcony was very nice, the property was a bit smaller than we originally thought but we weren’t there very much so it provided a nice spot for us to rest in the evenings.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Located right on the river and with a nice deck for outside dining, we spent most of our time outside. The living area was smaller than expected but worked out fine for two people. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Easy access to RMNP and Estes Park. Literally right on the creek with a nice deck/patio. Beds were very comfortable and peaceful location for relaxing when we weren't out exploring.

Didn't want to leave!

Our stay was absolutely breathtaking. Being able to sit outside and enjoy Fall River right in our "backyard" was definitely a highlight of our stay. The condo was super CLEAN, checkin was a breeze, and communication leading up to our visit was prompt & polite. We cannot wait to visit again!

Weekend Getaway

For the most part, this was a great place to get away to. Minus a few items not in the kitchen, the stay was exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near Estes and RMNP.
