PARKING: We buy a parking pass for you to place on your windshield so you can park for free immediately across the street. The town has recently implemented paid parking in downtown area which makes access to spots even better. Others pay but you won't. If you arrive before 3pm on check in day and it's a weekend in high season you may need to wait until after 3pm to find a spot. That literally happened to one guest in 2021 as far as I know. Loading zone in front of building makes packing and unpacking even easier.
If safety features are important this is the spot for you. Condo features a fire extinguisher, CO2 /smoke detectors and a sprinkler system in unit and hallway in case of an emergency.

Great location and easy check-in. Nice overlook of the river and super close to restaurants and shops. Easy jaunt to Rocky Mountain National Park and other outdoor activities.
The unit was so nice, right on the river walk and walking distance from anything in downtown! The owners are super communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Our host, Andy, was extremely responsive and the condo had everything we needed. It is in a great location - close to grocery, shopping, restaurants, and hiking trails. Our condo looked over the creek which was quite nice. Highly recommend this condo!
The location was perfect, right in town with easy access to shops and Rocky Mountain National Park. Loved the river walk and view from the balcony. Place was clean and comfortable. Andy was very friendly and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!
This is the perfect property to enjoy the elk festival your location could not have been better. Accommodations were spot on you could walk to everything would definitely recommend in would stay again.
Upstairs from downtown Estes restaurants/shops but quiet. Best stocked kitchen we've ever had in a rental. Clean, well appointed unit. Owner very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again when in town.

Thanks Lisa. We tried to make sure the kitchen would allow for most cooking/meal prep needs. We look forward to your return visit.
Great location, lovely apartment, clear instructions!
While parking could have been confusing, the instructions were so easy to follow we had no issues. The space was clean and lovely, great walkable distance to shops and restaurants! Would absolutely recommend.
Loved this condo! Perfect location in Estes park. Even in high traffic summer month. Family loved having river right outside the windows. And close coffee shop and restaurants and downtown convenient. Only drawback was we’re from the Midwest and wasn’t expecting not having AC. But the numerous fans and cool nights made it super comfortable. Thanks Andy!

Derek is right. There is no AC and I’ve come to learn that guests from the Midwest and South have a hard conceiving that idea. But like Derek said the nights are cool and the days aren’t hot very often . Even in the dead of summer (July and August) the temperatures are typically around 80 as the high and 50 as the low . At night you’re more likely to be cold than anything if you leave the windows open as most guests like to do. And Most homes in Estes don’t have AC. We lived there 16 years and never considered adding it to our home and none of our neighbors had it either. We recommend leaving windows open until 11 am and closing them then until 5pm but leaving them open all day is certainly a reasonable option too. If you don’t trust this you’ll find there are a few places in Estes that have AC so just book one of them . And any other months outside of July and August the AC won’t be used in any locations.
This condo provided the perfect retreat after several long days of travel. It was great to have restaurants, stores and hikes in walking distance once we finally landed in downtown Estes. The only downside was busy traffic (car and foot) due to the holiday and compounded by road construction.
The property manager, Andy is friendly, helpful and prompt with his replies.
Great condo right on the riverwalk and in town. Easy walk to everything and parking right across the street. The condo was super clean! Had an issue with the tv and the owner communication was quick. This was our 4th trip to Estes Park and will definitely stay with this owner if we return.
Visited with a friend. We loved the layout of the place. Having a detached bathroom was especially nice for us to not bother each other in the middle of the night. Very close to grocery store. Overlooking the creek and right on the main street for strolling to restaurants at night. Fully stocked kitchen was useful breakfast and preparing picnic lunches. Plenty of towels and paper goods. Washer and dryer was a welcome bonus. Would like to return at some point for another getaway.
We enjoyed our stay and loved being so close to the river and the downtown restaurants and shops. Our only suggestion is to get more lighting inside the living room and the kitchen areas. It is very dark as not a lot of natural light comes in and the ceiling lights are very low wattage. Very hard to read especially in the evening.

Conveniently Located
PROS- walkable to other stores, easy to get to RMNP and other places, clean, cute place
CONS- not easily located, hard to figure out where to unload suitcases, NO parking close to loft, damaged my car trying to find the entrance. need to park across the street, NO TV, didnt work, i had to contact the owner which he already knew issues. NO air conditioning but worked out fine with windows all opened and fans going, thank goodness Estes Park was having cooler weather. Loading and unloading, and finding the loft basically ruined the stay, didnt mind as much parking across the street. Not good directions or marked well. Frustrating about TV, shops all close early so nothing to do in the evenings.
Having been to Estes Park several times we wondered if we would be bothered by street noise in this location. No....not once even though it overlooked the riverwalk. We also wondered about parking but even never had an issue. Great unit and responsive owner. Definitely consider renting it again.
The property was very nice and clean and perfect for our stay, but we would have to say that the location was awesome. Even though the temp was cool, we couldn't help but open the windows to hear the river, just outside. Access to to the riverwalk was great and we walked it everyday. To be able to step outside to the shops and restaurants, was a plus. We were there before the memorial day crowds, so it was quiet and peaceful. What a great place, surrounded by a beautiful environment. The owner's were very nice and helpful. We would definetely recommend them and their property!
Condo was immaculate! The location was amazing...we walked to restaurants and shops every night! RMNP is a short drive away for great hiking. Andy was quite helpful and made our stay wonderful.
Great location! Close to restaurants and shops also tours

About the host
Hosted by Andy
We love to travel and we have really enjoyed hosting travelers for the last 6 years in our other condos. We especially enjoy our many repeat guests who are sold on the location and amenities our condos provide. This property fits in very nicely with the other units.
Why they chose this property
This location is perfect for exploring Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park without sacrificing on peace and quiet, size of unit or the comforts provided in this new unit with new furnishings. After a day of exploring you will find this unit to be super comfortable and the perfect spot to relax. River front units are hard to come by so when this unit became available we were first in line.
What makes this property unique
Location is to die for. Its just the best spot in town for a visit. You will be in the middle of everything but you will find a night its amazingly quiet and all you will hear is the river below.
Size is way bigger than a hotel room or cabin and at the same price delivers way more value. With the kitchen and laundry - we provide the soap too, you will save money in the end.
Modern, clean, convenient, beautifully decorated. This unit has it all!
