Bright and Cool Powell Apartment with patio and Air Conditioning.

This is the upstairs of a duplex in a home over 100 years old. It is about 5 short steps of the ground with a private patio overlooking the lawn and street just a block and a half from downtown. It features two bedrooms with a queen and twin bed, a spacious living room with new couch, desk and dinette that seats four. It is air conditioned, remodeled and features a large yard, with a clothesline and outdoor patio furniture on a shared landscape with basement guests. Food, entertainment, shopping, historical sites and museums are just steps away. Yellowstone National Park is approximately 75 miles away, with the last 50, considered by many of us and President Theodore Roosevelt, the 50 most beautiful miles in all of America.
