The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances, dining room, family room and living room with space for all, as well as outdoor area with patio furniture and BBQ to enjoy the summer weather. It is located right next to Southside Park for plenty of space for kids to play.

We have personally, renovated this 3-bedroom Mid-Century home. This property provides nice home as an option while visiting Powell. It is located adjacent to Southside Park and is on the end of the street with only one neighbor making it very quiet home to enjoy your stay.
