Model perfect home in the exclusive private gated golf community of Avondale. 24 hour manned gated community. Pool service twice a week and gardener weekly included. Terrific location, with easy access to everything Coachella Valley offers!!

Property features a large great room with gas fireplace. Gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar and upgraded appliances. Dining area seats eight. This home is perfect for entertaining.

It also includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master suite with king bed overlooks pool and has a glass sliding door for access to hot tub and pool. Television with cable in master bedroom. The large master bath features a soaking tub, separate shower, and extra large walk in closet. There are two additional bedrooms. One with a queen bed and full bathroom across hall. Third bedroom has a private entrance to outside courtyard with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Television and cable also in second and third bedrooms. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Two car garage and golf cart garage.

Entertainers private backyard featuring pebble tec saltwater pool and spa, gas grill, heater, and covered patio. 4 chaise lounge chairs and a table with 4 chairs to enjoy the backyard amenities.

Centrally located in Palm Desert close to El Paseo, shopping, dining, casino, and the JW Marriott resort and spa. You won't be disappointed with this exceptional property.

Very enjoyable stay!

The property was very well furnished, kitchen completely supplied with everything you might need. Comfortable beds, lovely backyard with pool and spa. The owners were very responsive to every request. This was one of the best VRBO's I have enjoyed over the years and would not hesitate to recommend.

Ideal Desert Home

Hubby and I spent an idyllic month at Sharon and Chris’ stylish and comfortable home. Everything we needed was there, and we used the private spa nearly every day. Excellent base for golf, easy to access restaurants, grocery, etc. Super responsive hosts-would return in a heartbeat ((and I’m picky)!

Relaxation and convenience

We were very happy staying at this location. The best one yet. Both the owner and property manager we're sincerely interested in our comfort and needs. We felt welcomed and appreciated. We highly recommend this property and community. Great location and setting. Homes in the community are all individual and nicely situated. We don't play golf but their course looks inviting.

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful, plenty of dish-wear beds super comfortable . Hosts responded immediately and resolved any concerns we had. The only draw back is it backs onto Frank Sinatra and it is constant street noise 24 hours. We didn’t realize April is so windy so the yard, pool and furniture were dirty everyday but a water hose took care of it. Love the location and community and we joined the private golf course which was fabulous

Wonderfully Appointed Home

The home, decor and supplies were fabulous. For those who love to cook and host, the kitchen is fully equipped with all that one would need, including even basic spices/seasonings. The funishings and rooms are well appointed , comfortable and bright. The Avondale Golf Club community/neighbour is very friendly clean, bright and enjoyable outlet for walks/jogging. The backyard is nicely and simply furnished and landscaped - very calming though there is some background noise from street traffic. All in all I enjoyed my month at this property in Palm Desert inspite of the restrictions due to the pandemic. It was most restful.
